This is a simple, easy to use instruction manual download. This is very basic and is probably best for the beginning student who has been introduced to the bass guitar by a teacher. It has short pages and short, simple lessons that I am using for practice. My daughter had to help me navigate the pages at first, since there are no instructions on how to get out of the program (hit escape key), and clicking on the image when it says "cont." and it opens up a whole new page! Just a few little things that are probably second nature to anyone less than 65!Overall, a good little practice aid.
