Previously I was using only Clear blue's digital OPKs. I was only getting my peak day and missing high fertility window and I was not conceiving this way. Based on reviews, I decided to try Inito to help in my fertility journey. I used this for about 3 cycles and conceived naturally. Though the sticks are expensive, I found that being able to better calculate my fertile window was very important in being able to conceive. I would definitely recommend.

My husband is in the military and is away often. During those times I don't have a reason to test as I use it for TTC and the individual test strips are really expensive. So I stopped testing, and proceeded to be bombarded with push notifications and this section added to the app asking me why I was missing so many tests. I found this to be incredibly invasive. So much so that I think I'll go back to using the regular disposable ovulation tests.

The test strips are over and I can’t figure out how to buy more. Inito Website doesn’t ship to Canada and I had to use Amazon platform. Frustrating .

This monitor is revolutionary! I’m 35 and just got married so me and my husband figured time to start trying our best to have a baby so I ordered this monitor. When you first get something like this, you are obviously skeptical because it might seem too good to be true but I figured I would keep testing it to see if the results were accurate which meant I was taking a couple tests a day. My cycle usually ranges from 25-28 days so sometimes my ovulation could range by a couple days. I started testing the morning of my cycle day 11 knowing that maybe if I have a 26 day cycle 14 days before that would mean I would ovulate on day 12. My LH in the morning was around 2.5 the first time I tested so I wasn’t sure if I would ovulate until I tested again later the night and my LH was 19.50. After reading about LH typically the peak happens later in the day so it’s important to test twice a day so you don’t miss your peak. On cycle day 12, my LH was still relatively high at 10 but not as high as the 19. It looks like 33% of people have multiple LH rises so it is quite common, so I wasn’t sure which day I ovulated. After ovulation, if your progesterone raises, that’s how you know you have ovulated so I tested for this on everyday after the suspected ovulation on day 12. My progesterone slowly raised everyday and it’s at at 36 right now at cycle day 17 (5 days post ovulation). I again was skeptical that I could be having readings that were this accurate so I had my husband check his levels and his levels show estrogen super low, LH low, PSG low and FSH low which gives me tons of confidence that what I am seeing with my levels is correct which prompted me to write this review.Hopeful that we will become pregnant. In addition to monitoring, I am taking nature made prenatals that have tons of nutrients, folate, vitamin D and Omega 3s. To promote healthy egg health, I am also taking Ladywell coq10 supplements. Getting pregnant is like having everything align all in one month so if you can partially control each variable, you may have the best chances. There could always be a chance of something being wrong, but you stay on the positively side until otherwise. Good luck to everyone on your pregnancy journey!

Based on various methods, Inito seems accurate and it is the only way I have ever consistently tracked ovulation. And Inito tracks much more than LH surge, followed by temperature rise alone.-Confirmed LH surge with drugstore test strips. Each month I confirm my LH surge howeverI find the Inito urine (hormone) testing more reliable than temperature tracking as my temps are unstable due to frequent insomnia (circadian rhythm). I also use an app that pairs with my Oura sleep ring - and that uses body temperature to confirm ovulation after the LH surge. It works when I am sleeping well and not sick since body temperature is also disrupted when you are sick and I have been sick for nearly a month with a chest cold!A few tips:-When you get your Inito supplies read the booklet it is extremely informative about how our cycles work, particularly the timing.-Baseline: When you start out you need to do an initial urine test shortly after your period ends to give Inito a baseline for your reproductive hormones.-around LH surge and ovulation you’ll have to test several consecutive days. My most recent cycle I had to do about 10 consecutive tests. The cost of the strips adds up. Personally I am ok with the price. Pack of $15 is $49. Slight discount for bulk. Free shipping over $75. Consider the alternative, an expensive fertility clinic.-The instructions say that you need to remove your screen protector. I have an extremely thin blue light protector and I did not remove it. It’s not necessary for me to get accurate results.-Their customer service is hit or miss. When I inquired about the screen protector I got subpar customer service by email. When I called however the woman I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable.-But the company will tell you that they recommend that you not urinate for six hours prior to testing.And for that reason they say your first urine of the day. But it need not be your first urine of the day what is most important is that you wait so that you have concentratated hormones.For me Inito works fine any time of day as long as I’ve waited about 4 hours. Your sample should look pretty dark. If you drink a lot of water that may not work for you.-The line on the urine cup provided with my test strips 2 boxes so far seems to be off the mark, a bit shallow. Didnt work well for me. I pee to the top and put the test paper a little deeper but, do not submerge!-Each time you test you have to attach the testing device to your particular model of phone. Sometimes the clip can move a little so make sure that the camera on your phone is properly aligned each time or Inito can’t read your results.-Results take about 10 minutes. Remember to not discard your pee until your status for the day is confirmed.I really enjoy reviewing my charts and seeing exactly what is happening with my reproductive hormones.With the reminders from the app, Inito is easy to use.I wish you luck and babies!

Its results have no reliability or accuracy. Inito is probably being used by 'n' no. of thousands of customers while other ovulation kit like iknow is being used by crores of customers. This device is basically supposed to be more advanced and more accurate WHILE in reality, it is not even least accurate.For example, Inito showed low fertility while Rs.50 ovulation kit - "iknow" showed 2 lines today.This same issue happened last month aswell around ovulation time that Inito had unreliable results.Their customer care knows nothing and are unable to provide any logical explanation for this sort of discrepancy.Their App asked for batch no. of strip while testing yesterday which is very very random since we had to literally find its packet and understand which one is the batch no. Strips get wasted aswell. App asks to test even twice in a day. How do they expect people to spend Rs.1200-1300 on 12-13 times checking in just 1 month ??All in all, after spending Rs.5000 till now on device and additional strips delivered just today, i don't have even 1% of trust on the results being shown by Inito app. THIS IS INDEED AN INNOVATIVE WAY TO FOOL CUSTOMERS & MAKE THEM TAKE MORE & MORE TESTS WITHOUT ANY LOGIC OR ACCURACY OF RESULTS. Would have gladly paid any amount IF results were correct, but unfortunately i am paying for RANDOM RESULTS.Lastly, i am a doctor myself and well aware of the hormones its supposed to detect. On every strip usage INITO monitor gave helpful predictions about fertility & few suggestions. This device will not give fertility percentage. If you are one of those PCOD, irregular cycle etc person, do remember fertility predictions alone are not enough if you are trying to get pregnant, egg rupturing is the most important part if you are planing for pregnancy. INITO doesn’t tell anything about egg rupturing. Consult your local diagnostics/doctor. Fertility testing is possible only on days mentioned in INITO app calendar. Just for fun testing is not possible unless you fake the cycles in different phone app.Internet connection is must. INITO reads the data available on strip via the app using the camera tech, sends the available info to the company servers, runs algorithms, gathers data in 300 seconds and displays on your screen. The clip to hold the INITO to your phone is couriered separately after the INITO customer care contacts you for your phone model. I was contacted 4 days after INITO device was purchased.Very easy to setup. Please setup the device in advance. This device also predicted the cycles perfectly.
