This is so unnecessarily confusing and poorly designed. You start by opening the kit and registering online via a QR code, where you read instructions and watch a video. Easy enough! Following those instructions, you setup your testing station and prick your finger and collect a blood sample and that's basically it. Next step is to fill out the included paper survey (odd, since you just filled out a digital one but okay)That paper survey references two blood tests (digital instructions only mentioned one?) that are to be collected at very specific times in your cycle (not mentioned in this video)Then the survey asks for information about your multiple saliva tests. What saliva tests? I don't see anything about that or a place to collect samples? Then, at the bottom of the box under the packaging for my collection kit, I see a small pamphlet. Here is where they casually mention that you take two blood tests at two very specific times in your cycle. Would have been good to know sooner! As for saliva tests? Still have no idea what that's about.I contact customer service, which seems like a silly thing to need to do as a capable adult who is completing what should be a straightforward process from a $2.9 billion company. They give me all new information about how to collect these saliva samples (again--no collection devices in this kit) and even more information about the two blood samples.I say "how do I collect the samples? I don't have saliva collection materials"THEN they tell me "well, then the lab your kit is going to must not require it so you can disregard all of that"Then why in the world do you have 3 different sources of instructions/info that all have different steps/procedures, and your customer service is also giving novel information never seen before in the other materials? Please create one set of instructions per kit that pertain to that particular kit. Do not give theoretical instructions for completely unrelated kits, or kits that are going to labs with different procedures. I cannot believe such a large & established company has created such a poor user experience.I requested a refund (they get to keep $15 *eye roll*) and I will be ordering a more thorough kit from a competing brand who focuses more on fertility/women's wellness and hopefully puts more effort into their user experience.

Hoping to jumpstart conception for the second time, I purchased Everlywell Women’s Fertility Test to see where my hormone levels are at since I’m a geriatric women (late 30s). Simple instructions, mailed it in, and got my (delayed) results within a couple of weeks via their website once you enroll your test kit. Straight forward information about where you stand in the range and helps you discuss things with your OB/GYN should you need further assistance in bringing levels to “normal” range. Not sure why there are negative comments on difficulty of instructions. I plan to take another one since it’s been a year already and we will be actively “trying” in a few months.

I was absolutely devastated after receiving the results. It said I was basically infertile. I went to the hospital and ran the same tests. The results from hospital indicated that I was perfectly normal. I would give this purchase a Zero star if I could. This product is defective. Save yourself some sanity and wait until you can do these tests with the hospital.

the test was simple to complete. however, after receiving abnormal results from this test despite following the instructions to the letter i was thrown into a panic for no reason. i did as instructed and consulted a physician for the abnormal results, they then repeated the tests and all my results were normal. I can understand if it was off my a few but this home test was way off and showed i was producing little to no estrogen when i was well in normal range .

So doing the test itself was a little challenging because you do have to fill 6 circles with blood but thankfully do they provide enough finger sticks to do it. There are two cards to fill at two different times of day. Overall I think it was okay and cheaper than going to the lab for $199.

I was really nervous about taking my own blood sample but honestly, it was much easier than I thought. I REALLY hate needles but since you can’t actually see the needle until after you get the sample, maybe that’s why it was easier? I haven’t got my results back yet but I really think the whole process is easy and nicely streamlined. I got paranoid for a little “what if they lose my sample” or “what if they don’t know it’s mine” then a couple days later I got an email they received it.
