I ordered this product twice for my husband. The medium was too tight but he could get it on, the large was too small and he couldn't get it on at all. Needless to say he never wore them. Because of the style, quality, and prompt delivery I will be ordering again., ignoring the size chart.

This product is very good for the control of a groin hernia . I was pleasantly surprised that is was comfortable enough to be worn all day long . It would be even better if you made a higher waist model , 4 to 6 inches higher .

New product arrived quickly in expected condition -- thanks! The fit is tight, as required for my condition, and comfortable enough for daytime wear, but not for sleeping. Now I will see how much the material relaxes after a few times through the laundry machines.

These shorts work well to keep hernia in place. They are rather tight but do the job. Not sure if it is possible to wear all day but for a few hours it is fine. Makes your package hang out nicely.

Fits well. Confortable and secure. You can reinforce with a hernia cushion belt under neath for more support. Will wear it for six month after the surgery to protect. If you Gym, buy one.

I recently had a bilateral inguinal hernia surgery and it was recommended I wear compression shorts for my recovery. I had the belts and was never happy with the presser it provided. These short fit to the size guide. Im a 36 waist and 175. They fit and was extremely comfortable for my recover. I now wear the after my recovery for heavy workouts to prevent a repeat injury. You wear these over you regular underwear. I normally wear sport briefs and this was ok over them. You can wear them under you regular underwear but it will obviously get dirtier faster.

After reading all the reviews I decided to try them nd they are fenomenal. As everyone mentions the material is strong and it’s as tight as it can be without impairing mobility. I use these primarily to weight train every day. Had a problem with one of three shorts I bought and the company solved the problem immediately, they are very proactive.

This is a very good Truss in terms of support but the stitches especially in the crutch where they touch one's skin need to be made of the softest possible but still strong, material. Otherwise it cuts almost like a knife. The other essential aspect is the material the truss is made off, could become an irritant to the skin. I will use it to see how it feels after some time of regular use. Thank you.

These hernia shorts are way to short to remain in place. If I go for a walk they slip down. I am 210 lbs. My waist is a 38 so I got XXL. They are tight, but that was expected, but I cannot wear them if they slip down. The upper portion of the shorts need to be at least two inches taller to stay on. To test, my wife at 5' 7" and 128 lbs tried them on, and they were not tall enough for her. Not tall enough for a person who is that height? Huh? The material itself was fine, just poorly designed unless you are extremely short. Didn't return them because they are shorts that I wore for some hours in desperation.

I purchased for a friend and it gave him his life back. He was able to return to his outdoor activities and is currently waiting for a surgery date. I would definitively recommend to anyone who has been limited in their activities as a result of an inguinal hernia.

Gives better inguinal hernia support that a belt does. Could use a little better breathing between the cheeks. A little tight for the first day, but still comfortably tight. I wear David Archy pouch underwear with a horizontal fly for access. Large was too tight at a 35” waist and 185#, so went to a XL. Glad that I found these.

This compression garment did not work for me at all. It may work for other people, but for me it did nothing. It was mildly uncomfortable to wear, but still tolerable. It needs to be at least a bit tight else it is not doing its job. The functional cutout is critical for men both in terms of comfort and function. For me this product was a fail, it just did not give me any relief and was mostly just mildly uncomfortable to wear. It may well work for others but I can only rate it based on how it worked for me, and that was "not at all". Thanks but no thanks.

If you buy these make sure you go up a size, these things are meant to fit tight but not this tight.
