This unit works well for high-temperature work such as metal melting operations and the like. I use it for validating the operating temperature of my electric smelting furnace and the temps of the molten metals.When I was looking for a device to use for metal melting, this is one of the few that I found that could operate at the temperatures that I needed for a reasonable price.

This temp gun is super value for money and is up there with the big names.We have tested this against other units and it is accurate consistently,well built and very easy to use right out of the box.It is really responsive and changes the reading rapidly from each surface being scanned.we have other units including Klein and Milwaukee and look no further than this unit,easy to read and has a huge range of temperature capability,including min max and other functions.The laser is bright and you know exactly what you are monitoring.I am a Mechanical Engineer and you know what we are like when it comes to products.The seller is also 5 stars product is as described and fast shipping,very happy with this product and transaction,5 stars,100%
