- Q: Why is there a clicking sound when riding?
- A: The screws in the sole help secure the metal insert, so it's important to tighten 2 screws before installing the cleats. This will help reduce rattling when riding.
- Q: The included cleats are compatible with indoor bikes, but why can't I clip them to the pedals?
- A: It can be tricky to clip the bike pedals in the first time, but if they don't clip in smoothly, you can use a Allen key to release some of the tension on the back of the pedals. You can also loosen the cleats and check that the black rubber is orientated correctly.

I’m new to indoor biking (had try it before sporadically but this is my first bike). I got these shoes tom make my ride more comfortable and I’m very happy about them. The shoes are comfortable but they do run a little small, I got 9.5 and my regular size is 9 and these fir perfectly. I think I need an adapter for the bike pedal but I will take care of that later, for reference I have an Echelon bike. I’m very happy with this product.UPDATEIt’s more hassle than I anticipated to get the pedal to go with this shoes so unfortunately I will be returning the product.

We found these cycling shoes comfortable and well-designed. They were true to size and good quality material. They feel like normal shoes when put on, even during long rides. The clip feature is well-designed, and the color is as described. We are satisfied with the performance and comfort of these shoes. The shoes themselves are great! Very comfy and easy to take on and off. I ordered the green and received the all black, but I dont mind that. I like the black better anyway. The cleats, however, are much thicker than the Peloton branded shoes I have. Because of this, they do NOT clip into the Peloton pedals. I had to switch out the cleats.

These are comfortable and seem like nice quality for the price, but mine came with 5 of the correct screws and one that was completely different (different style screw and wrong thread pitch). I tried to contact them to get a screw sent to me but they wanted me to send the whole package back to get replaced.

Bought these shoes as advertised to work for peleton bikes and it does not. Do not buy, they cannot be adjusted to fit. They clip in with your weight then pop out immediately. I will be returning. Such a waste of time when people put false advertising.
