This handheld blender is great and easy to use! Its 1100W power makes it strong for quickly blending and preparing soup, smoothies, and purées. If you've never used an immersion blender before, fear not, it's not nearly as complicated as it seems.I got this one because it does a little bit more than just blends via the blades. It also has a whisk, which is helpful as an all in one.I like the overall length of the blender, it gives you the ability to reach down into a lot of you're making soup or trying to blend together some squash. The longer reach also means that it'll splash less when blending.Sharp blades as you can see from the photos, so be careful when washing, but usually a quick rinse will do the job.The whisk attachment also does it's job well, I whisked some egg whites together and it was powerful enough to handle the job in about 2-3 minutes. Much more convenient than having to pull out two different machines to do the jobs.Great value for the money as you're getting more than just a blender.The squash soup I made was smooth and creamy, no chucks, and an absolute delight.
