DO NOT BUY. The Pool Eye I received cannot be turned off and the alarm goes off so much I had to remove the battery. Since I did not try it out prior to the Amazon return window closing, I attempted to contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Don't count on any warranty support; I've called and left a message and submitted a request for support via the mfr website ---- NO RESPONSE at all. Amazon should not do business with this vendor.

Even at the lowest sensitivity level the alarm doesn't stop even though no one was in the pool; tried different alternatives but no one worked.

Installation is easy but to read manual carefully. Adjust it to low sense, but it will still be very sensitive. If the house is vacant it's better to disconnect the alarm system, or it will be annoying neighbors.

THIS PRODUCT WORKED 1 DAY AND THE DAY THE INSPECTOR CAME IT DIDN'T WORK.I GOT A HOLD OF THE CONSUMER TO LET THEN KNOW I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK AND THEY SAID IT HAS A WARRANTY OF 6 MONTHS. OK, SO WHAT IS THE PURPOSE IN PURCHASING THIS FOR ONLY 6 MONTHS. THIS IS SUPPOSE TO LET YOU KNOW IF SOMEONE OR A CHILD HAS FALLEN INTO THE POOL. UNFORTUNATELY WE DID NOT PASS INSPECTION DUE TO THIS UNSATISFACTORY ALARM. THIS COMPANY IS FAKE, AND DOESNT BACK THEIR PRODUCT.....5 THUMBS DOWN.....DONT BUY, YOU WILL BE SORRY. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, I DIDNT UNTIL AFTERWARDS, MY BAD!!!!

Cet alarme n’est pas conçue pour une piscine hors terre. Le « sensor » est trop sensible. Un tout petit remous la fait sonner malgré le réglage au plus haut. La fonction « reset »est difficile à faire. De plus, les instructions d’installations sont difficiles à comprendre tant en anglais qu’en français. Traduction épouvantable.

The pool alarm is very loud. The sensitivity seems just right - little stuff doesn't set it off, but I'm confident that it'll go off if my kid ever falls in.
