I rarely write product reviews, but my experience with the IMILAB C21 Home Security Camera was so infuriating that I felt compelled to warn others.From the outset, this product simply would not connect. I followed every single troubleshooting step meticulously – from resetting the device multiple times to ensuring my network settings were optimized for the camera. I even tested it on different networks and devices. Despite my persistence and considerable tech-savvy, the camera flatly refused to function.The frustration was compounded by the complete lack of meaningful support. The instructions were vague and unhelpful, and the app itself felt clunky and unreliable. What should have been a straightforward setup process turned into hours of wasted time and escalating irritation.As someone who has successfully set up countless smart devices, I can confidently say this is not a case of user error. The IMILAB C21 drove me to the brink of madness, and I finally gave up entirely.If you're considering this product, my advice is simple: stay away. There are far better options on the market that won’t leave you pulling your hair out.

I really like this camera for watching my dog when I’m not in the room with him. It’s easy to use. The app is great and at night I can see what he’s up to. You also have the option of moving the camera around using the app. Great purchase

I’m highly impressed with this purchase! Here are a few things that I loved right from the get go. The packaging for the product is nicely done. Everything is nicely organized. You get EVERYTHING you need with the product. Set up was fast and easy. All I had to do was add the device to the Mi Home App per the instructions. The wall mounts went up. With the way the camera attaches directly I found it easier to just mount it to the top of the wall. You don’t have to adjust the camera much. Because of the lens you get great coverage! This camera is excellent for those who love their pets more than people. After the initial setup, the app was easy to navigate, and the camera was easy to control remotely. There are lots of different settings to play with to make it perfect for you. I can sit at work and see what my cats do throughout the day. I can talk to them through the camera, and they can talk back (if they want to). It's super easy to record pictures and videos to show your coworkers, who probably don't think your pets are as cute as you do.It has a night vision mode that automatically turns on and off unless you want to set it manually.It has options for home surveillance settings, and the camera can be set up to follow human movements if you're pet-free or concerned about that sort of thing. The camera itself is very quiet when moving (I can't hear it, but I think the cats can), and a status light to show when it's on (but you can turn that off if you want to be sneaky) I don't think my cat trusts the camera as she keeps side-eyeing it whenever I watch the feed.

I have been using their security cameras for over 10 years. Don’t have any problems at all. this new camera shares the same Mi home app, very easy to connect. The camera quality is good, especially the night vision, it is bright and clear. Also it has a new loud noise function. It works very well. I place the camera on main floor, when my dog barks at basement or 2nd floor, I can still receive notifications.

No se puede añadir al ecosistema de xiaomi. Por lo demás funciona bastante bien. Aplicación intuitiva. Para ver vídeos grabados solo se puede realizar mediante subscripcion a su servicio propio.

Acquistato perché uguale ad altro già posseduto Xiaomi Imilab, ma nonostante il modello sia uguale, NON è gestibile nella stessa app, ma su un’altra peraltro tradotta male. Non registra i video su SD ma solo sul cloud, a pagamento.
