This baby heart monitor works great and it helped me connect with my baby by hearing his heart beat right at home, i would recommend this item to anyone. It even comes with the necessary gel.

This is hard to use and shows random heart rates when using. Spent 15 minutes trying to get an accurate reading and couldn’t. Would not recommend due to the inaccuracy of it.

I understand some people had some issues with this product. I did not, read the manual that it comes with and it explicitly says to find the heartbeat and keeping steady for accurate numbers, otherwise you get some random numbers. This is true. Just got it today and tried it with my wife, was able to find the heartbeat within 2 minutes and it sounded great. There were a couple moments when I moved the probe too much or the baby moved and the readings were way off, but, when I held it still and baby was still the reading was accurate. If your baby moves a lot when it hears it's own heartbeat from the monitor, expect to not get a stable number reading lol.Here is some advice though, if you really want to know the bpm number and not just hear the heartbeat. You can download a simple bpm app on your phone so that one of you handles the probe and the other taps the button on the app for a few seconds. The app will tell you the bpm based on your tapping so be sure to follow the heart beat as closely as you can. If it's just you, place the monitor down and handle just the probe with one hand and tap with the other to get it.Hearing the heartbeat honestly makes our kid jump and move around more so using a bpm app is a lot more accurate that the screen. Great product, would be easier for some if the probe had a wider area it could scan but I think this model uses more of a narrower beam.****my wife has an anterior placenta so we had to measure off to the side pointing inwards but we're still able to hear the heartbeat clearly once found(currently 25w)****

I started using this device at 16 weeks and it works great. It’s simple to use at home and reliably picks up my baby’s heartbeat during my singleton pregnancy. A handy tool that gives peace of mind!

The monitor was easy to use, but was very inaccurate. The monitor showed random heart rates all the time, even just being turned on. Most were well over 200 bpm. The gel that was sent with it was also expired by several months. Wouldn’t recommend this one.
