Our family is trying to switch over from Teflon and nonstick coated pans to stainless steel pans so I thought this would be good for use for small items. I know it's a sauce pan, but we frequently make eggs and things like that. My daughter tried it and burnt eggs onto it right away. My Husband had to scrub and scrub and scrub to get it off. I know there's a learning curve that we all have to have when it comes to cooking with stainless steel. The handle to pan ratio is about the same. It doesn't feel overly heavy. On the rim of it where the two metals join, I wish it could've had a nicer roll and smoothness to it than it does but overall, I think once we learn how to use it correctly, it'll be a good change for us. It has just enough room to make one burger or sunny side up egg or enough sauce for a single serving.

取っ手の接合部が半分ほど浮いているので、心配。2-3回使ったが、今のところ脱落してない。

小さくて可愛いサイズなのですが、重さがあって見た目に高級感があります。持ち手はよくある木目シールなどではなく、説明によるとくるみ木製となっています。手に馴染んで、非常に持ちやすくて扱いやすいです。ステンレスと、この木製の持ち手がマッチしていて最高ですね。コーティングしている製品と違って長く使えると思うので、耐久性にも期待したいです。

15cmと小さくても、上質に見えるデザインと仕上がりです。磁石がバチンとくっついたのでアレっと思いましたが、SUS304とアルミ合金、SUS430の3層構造のためで、SUS430は磁石がつきますので納得しました。クルミ材を使用したハンドルも質感が良いです。ガス火で使用ですが、特にシーズニングはせずお酢で洗ってから使用しました。空焚き防止のバネに押し戻されることもなく、自重だけで安定して五徳に置けます。まだ目玉焼きを作ってみただけですが、余熱入れを長めに行って油をなじませてから焼いたらうまくいきました。注ぎ口もあるので色々と使えそうです。

This lil pan has some weight to it and the wood handle is pretty nice. It is only put on with rivets rather than screws but it looks to be on solidly. This is perfect for one-two eggs or any small portion of sauce or to melt butter in even. I like the spout edge on the one side.I had great results cooking two eggs in this. I first preheated it and did a water test to make sure it was heated just right. You want a sprinkle or small spritz of water to bead up and roll around and that’s your sweet spot. If it sizzles and evaporates right away it’s too hot and if it moves around in a stream without balling up it’s not hot enough. Just a small bit of avocado oil added, then my eggs and I had no sticking. This would also be nice to poach a couple eggs in. For the price ($22.90 at time of this review) I feel a lid should be included but it’s a nice pan with good weight that I’m sure I’ll be using often.
