The range hood looks nice and modern. I had issues with my package as it was missing the screws kit and a part on the vent adapter was broken upon delivery but I contacted Emma from Iktch customer experience and she was very quick at replying to my inquiries and helped me by sending the replacement part. I am very happy with the purchase. I would recommand this range hood.

We liked the look and power of the range hood. We got it all installed and built in to our new cupboards, hooked it up, and realized that the motion sensor did not work. Contacted support. They were very good to deal with. They sent a new control panel at no cost. Now that we have it installed (which was a bit of a dance) the motion sensor works better but the light sensor is very intermittent. Frustrating.It is a powerful range hood, with a very nice look. Dissappointed with the control panel functionality.

Installation went well by a professional. I thought the fan at speed 1 was still kind of loud. Using a decibel meter app on iPhone 15, it clocked at 65-66db right in front the fan at my ear level.The motion sensor works… but you need to be REAL close and VERY quick with your movement. That’s annoying but not sure how often I’ll be using the feature.Love the modern and minimalistic design.UPDATE:I contacted iKtch to receive support for the issues I observed and they were very helpful. I received a replacement unit and it had none of the issue observed: quieter noise level and very sensitive gesture sensors.I rate this company extremely high for the kind of customer support it provided. 5 stars!!

We installed this about 9 months ago and are very happy with our purchase. While installing it, we had a question and received great customer service. It’s such a nice clean look and works well. While the sound may be loud at top fan speed, I find the lower levels quite comfortable. I don’t think it is any louder than your average vent fan.It took us a little while to get used to the gesture controls and I still struggle at times, but I have no problem with the handy remote control. Tip- put new batteries in the remote before you use it. You also need to learn where to point it to get the responsiveness consistent. But once you get used to it, it’s great. I’d definitely recommend this to a friend.

Very nice vent fan, in our situation we have an outdoor kitchen and we needed to have something to move the smoke from the barbecue area. It's works very well, it's also one of the few that has a remote control. They only negative point is that the installation instructions and manual that come with it are very rudimentary, could have some more details, there were parts that came with it that we still don't know what they're for. They had a QR code with some more detailed instructions with the new valentastic.

I had professionals install this for me and it looks great. I like the 4 speeds and a little loud, but no more that what we had before. The only down side to this is the gesture feature does not always work. When we plugged it in it worked for the first few times and it does not always work. Since it appears to work at random, I am guess this is just a bit of a bug. However, we do not really use it anyway and mostly use the remote. You have to be pretty close, but I love not having to touch any buttons. Overall, I really like that it is flush and does not stick out from the cabinet at all.

This is so pretty, I haven't used it much yet it's been a busy week away from home but with the holiday coming I'll be cooking alot, the fan is quiet and couldn't believe how easy it was for my husband to install. (He even said that not just me). Definitely happy so far with the value for the money.

I wanted to like this product. It looks nice but that’s where it ends. It does not suck air like it’s supposed to. My house wasn’t filled with smoke from frying. I had the vent on the entire time. It’s also very loud. I wish the lights were brighter. The motion sensor only works occasionally. I do not recommend.

We are happy with the range hood. It's quite powerful and has cool features including remote control and hand gesture control. It would have rated 5 stars but the gesture control after working for a time has since failed. However I contacted support and corresponded with Jesse at IKTCH support. He listened to my description of the problem. He made some inquiries to enable further analysis and has determined that the control panel requires replacement. He has one in transit to me a long with instructions on how to change it. I couldn't ask for a better response.

Update: I've had the fan for about three months. I finally got the hang of the gesture controls:-wave left to right for light on and fan speed 1 OR wave right to left for fan speed 4 and no light.They do work most of the time and I have actually enjoyed this feature more than I thought. The fan still blows wonderfully. Overall, a very happy buyer.---I had the same issue as another reviewer regarding the blower mounts missing screws. The screws, washers, and nuts were rattling in the unit when I took it out of the box, and I assumed someone just dropped them during assembly. It wasn't until the following day when the blower sounded awful (hitting it several times didn't help) that I realized those screws went to the mount. It seems someone at their factory is forgetting to torque all the screws upon completion.Despite this, the fan is very powerful and works great. Installation was straightforward and the manual helped. Once the motor is PROPERLY mounted, it is also very quiet even on High (speed 4). The gesture control doesn't work consistently for me and I will not be using it. The inclusion of a remote is quite odd to me, and the button functions are not inherently obvious, but I suppose it is preferable for some people. For the price and overall aesthetics, I am fairly happy now that it's installed.
