Parts look like the original. Installation was pretty easy after a quick YouTube search. I do recommend buying a separate tool kit with better quality as the ones included easily strip some screws.

Followed a tutorial on Youtube as I was having problems with LB not being recognized. Opened the controller, cleaned it with some isopropyl and used the new parts and it worked.

This kit includes the exact product to replace the broken parts on my Xbox Controller. The tools were redundant but were exactly what is needed to perform the part replacement.

Gives you the tools to open the controller and fits nicely. Doesn’t feel as “clicky” as the oem parts but it does the job and no issues thus far

These replacement bumpers were definitely a quick fix, but not a permanent one. Got my controller working long enough for an actual fix.

Pretty viable replacement for normal controllers. Do wish they came in more color options though.

My Left Bumper wasn’t working, so I got this. Now both bumpers don’t work. Put the old one back on as one bumper not working is better than both not working. Tools are nice to have though.

The parts match the OEM parts including the part number and appear to be made of the same material. As such 5/5 stars for being exactly what is advertised and a good quality.That said, this unfortunately did not fix the bumper issue I am having. The mechanical (i.e., moving) pieces all work which leads me to suspect the issue is the micro switch (which this product physically touches) or the circuit board the micro switch connected to (or the connection thereto).For those that need instructions on this product, search “Using Xbox Series X|S Controller replacement components” and Microsoft has a relatively new (c. Summer 2023) video on a controller take down and rebuild as well as written instructions.Good luck to everyone with this bumper issue.
