No dents, all nice and shiny....ready for action! LOL! This is a great investment for anyone who has a cat or cats. This keeps the odors at bay and so much easier to clean. Never rusts, and the cats love it. No hesitation at all. I would recommend this product.

These trays are solid, strong and easy to clean. Plenty deep enough too, perfect for larger cats!

A bit pricey, but easier to clean than plastic. I like the height, because less litter is spilled outside the box.

My cats love these stainless boxes, and so do I. Super easy to clean, and best part is they don't scratch or absorb smells. They're more expensive to buy than plastic, but last so much longer.

I love the stainless steel litter boxes. I never want to use the plastic ones again. I usually buy the stainless steel boxes with higher sides, but this time I bought the one with the lowest sides (4 inches high I believe) and it has worked really well for the senior arthritic cats and a cat that's recovering from some medical problems. The stainless steel boxes are so much easier to scoop litter out of and to keep clean. Sometimes cats will accidentally tip over the plastic boxes but the stainless steel ones usually stay put and don't tip over nearly as easily.

Our cats love these boxes. I had bought one a little shorter awhile back to test out. We have one kitty that doesn't like change. So, I wanted to see if she'd use it since it wasn't her normal plastic box. She used it! Our kitties like to go to the edge sometimes to potty. There was accidents out side of the plastic boxes because of this. So, I needed bigger boxes to try. It can still happen in the metal box that we bought first. So, with these last 2 boxes I bought I went taller. We tried one out to see if the picky kitty would still use it since it's taller. She does! So, we replaced the other plastic box as well with the other metal box I bought. One of them has a dent in the corner. It's still usable, but I'm taking one star away for this. They should have had some protection around them and in the one since they came stacked together. Had, there been some kind of protection I'm guessing the dent wouldn't have happened. These are easy to clean and look nicer than the plastic ones. So far since upgrading two of them to the taller ones there hasn't been any accidents outside of those 2. I use pee pads under and around just to be safe and I'd recommend that if you have kitties like mine. They love these boxes more than the old plastic ones we tossed. Not sure why, maybe because they're bigger. I'll take the win though.

I upgraded my boys to stainless steel instead of plastic that held onto smell and was hard to clean up. They took to the box immediately and it’s super easy to clean and no smells from them scratching into the plastics. I do wish I maybe had one size larger, but this works good and looks nice too. The side height is great if your cats tend to kick litter around a lot.

TLDR; Great investment. My house has SIGNIFICANTLY less “cat” smell now. It’s very durable & easy to clean. If you’re a cat person, having a stainless steel litter box makes a world of difference & will last you a lifetime. The large one is GIANT, so maybe try to measure out the dimensions of the box in your space before deciding which size you get.I ordered the larger size because I’m bad at visualizing size, & in my mind, the smaller ones seemed like they’d be too small for an adult cat.The large one is HUGE, like an industrial litter box. At first it felt almost too big for my 1 cat, but now I live somewhere with multiple cats in the house. It’s great for a house/shelter/etc with lots cats. It’s big enough to fill the entire firebox of my (defunct) fireplace if that helps with size.It doesn’t get scratched up when the cats clean their paws, so there’s no little grooves for bacteria/debris to build up in. This helps with the smell a LOT & makes it so, SO easy to clean (I just rinse out any residue with a hose, no more scrubbing or trying to smack the box on stuff to get bits & pieces out).I think if I got another one, I’d get a medium size. It takes a LOT of litter to fill the large one to an adequate depth, so I fill it less deep than I used to with smaller litter boxes I’ve owned in the past.

I have two litter boxes in my home for my four cats. I know, I should "technically" have five, but I just don't have room, so I scoop daily like it's my religion, and nobody seems to have any issues. Previously, I had DIY boxes made out of large storage totes that I cut holes in the front of. I was recently put on to the concept of a steel litter box and was intrigued, as my boxes were definitely stained, and most certainly due for replacement. I liked the DIY option for the high sides and large size, which is hard to find from premade litter boxes.I was a bit nervous about the stainless steel boxes due to the price, so decided to start with one, to make sure I liked it. I appreciate the dimensions of the largest size, which are the same width as my old boxes, and a bit longer. Two of my cats are quite large so I won't settle for small boxes. The sides of this box are fairly high, a smidge taller than the lip to the entrance hole on my old boxes. Unfortunately, if you have a cat who pees standing up, these won't work. I thankfully don't have that issue with any of mine.I honestly didn't think that the stainless steel boxes would impact user experience much, but I was so wrong. I originally feared that the litter would scrape along the bottom during scooping and make a nasty sound, but it doesn't at all. I used World's Best Cat litter and it glides very quietly along the bottom. Scooping is so much easier than on plastic, especially the old plastic of my previous boxes. Clumps release easily from the bottom and the scooper just glides through, no scraping involved. I bought a second one to upgrade the other box, and like the idea that they could, theoretically, last forever. I'm hopeful that the surface finish doesn't change over time, as that's part of what I love so much. The only "problem" I've had with either box so far is that the first one arrived with some small dents along the corners, as pictured. These don't affect the performance of the box, and the second one arrived in perfect condition. If you can get over the price tag, definitely try these boxes out, you will be surprised how great they are!
