Made the mistake of going with Amazons recommendation and buy this with extra ink. Think that it was a refillable style. This is not the case, you have to buy all new drums when this runs out.Other than that it works wonderfully. Easy to use, covers very well.

I FINALLY FOUND THE ONE I LOST.I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT. 1st IT GIVES YOU A BIG AND SMALL ROLLER.THE ABSOLUTELY BEST FEATURE THESE ROLLERS HAVE IS THEY HAVE A RETRACTABLE ROLLER WHICH IS A BIG PLUS.THE OTHER ROLLER PRODUCTS HAVE A REMOVABLE CAP THAT IS MESSY AND CAN BE EASILY MISPLACED OR LOST IF BY CHANCE YOU WALK AWAY AND FORGET TO PLACE IT BACK ON THE END RIGHT AWAY WHICH I HAVE DONE WHEN BUSY AND GET DISTRACTED. I SENT THAT PRODUCT BACK.THESE ROLLERS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PRESS THE TOP AND THE ROLLERS AUTOMATICALLY RETRACT BACK INSIDE WHICH THEN COVERS THE END SO THE INK WONT DRY OUT IR EVAPORATE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY OTHER SECURITY ITEM.YOU WILL NOT REGRET BUYING THIS PRODUCT.PS… THE INK LAST A LONG TIME AND DRYS QUICKLY ON REGULAR PAPER. The product works well on many items, but don't expect it to be the answer to all your security needs. I find it to work well on items that are printed on plain paper, such as letters, statements, etc. It is not as good on paper that has glossy surfaces or items where ink doesn't absorb into the paper. Some of my prescriptions have a colored background and the lettering is white and you can still read the words after using the product. I still have to shred many items, but this has definitely reduce the amount of shredding I have to do.
