Deutsch Connector Metal Removal Tools
Removal of contacts and connectors should be quick and painless. Too many other brands require heavy, electronic, or clumsy tools in order to remove or change pins and sockets. The Deutsch Contact Extraction Tools only require a quick and simple sliding onto the desired wire, inserting the tool into the socket until you hear it click, then pulling the tool and wire out.

Had to purchase these from Amazon as it was quicker (and cheaper) to get them here, than waiting on my Mac guy to order and finally receive them 2 weeks later, albeit better quality. These Icrimp tools do still do the job, but the red and blue are basically the same size in the set I received. But the bright side is that the 14-16 wire size is what I work on the most so now I have a spare.

Tough. Been dropped on concrete several times. Came through with no harm. They work well. Handles are big enough to manipulate with my big fingers without being bulky. If they don't release the terminal on the first try, pull it out, turn it 90 degrees and try again. That will usually get it. Well constructed. Good fit and finish. Good value IMHO.

I ordered them to work on my arcade and bought the wrong size. I did use the smallest one and it worked but was tough to slip into the molex connectors. Just need the smaller size next time.
