Refrigerator Air Filter is easy installation and normally replace every 6 months according to the signal light. Mode PAULTRA fits my Frigidaire fridge no problem.

I have a Frigidaire refrigerator, that uses these carbon air filters. Of course, Frigidaire charges an arm and a leg for their branded version. These come in a 4 pack for $15. Not a bad deal at all. I've purchased other no-name brand for my fridge in the past, and they seem to have done the job just fine. These really look or function no different.They come packaged in a cardboard box, and then each individual filter is in a zip lock bag. I thought that was a nice bonus, considering others I've purchased are usually just in a box and not individually protected. The previous filters I've purchased have ridged interiors. These just have a smooth surface. Like the others I've purchased, you just pull off the perforated front portion, and then insert into your fridge's filter area. For my fridge, this is on the right-side pull out door, under the top compartment. I just flip open a lid, and it slides right in. My fridge has an option to indicate when I've installed a new filter, and alerts me when a new one needs to be installed. I don't think the fridge has any way to really measure if the filter itself needs to be replaced, but just sets a timer for a few months, and then alerts me at that time.Now, does it work? I'm assuming so. I can't say I have something like Kimchi in my fridge all that time that smells up everything. Most of the food we have is sealed in some sort of container in the fridge, so smells haven't really been a huge problem for us in the first place. I'm assuming it is working, but can't say I have any specific way to measure that belief.Would I buy them again compared to others? Possibly. Really, for me, is going to come down to price. These, at least currently, are pretty competitively priced, so plan to continue to use these in the future.

They are a perfect fit and replacement for the cartridge that was in my fridge door. They are more sponge like and seem to let the air flow just fine. My old one was a kind of pleated paper. I just measured and thought that these less expensive one would work and they do!

This is a difficult product to review, especially right away; what I can say is that it fit perfectly into the air filter compartment of my Frigidaire side-by-side. The filter media is different than the OEM: the original is pleated/has peaks and valleys, while this one is just a flat piece of foam.One complaint for sure was the removal of the cardboard face; you have to tear off a perforated piece of cardboard on one side of the face of the filter before installing to allow for air flow, and the perforations tore TERRIBLY. I made a mess of it, and it took much longer than it should have. Overall though, the filter fit as it should, and I assume it will do its job fine.

This product so well ..no matter what I put in my fridge it always smell clean.. no odors..foods tastes the same going and the same afterwards. I recommend this air filter.
