 BRIOBITE Ice Cream Maker
 BRIOBITE Ice Cream Maker
  • Ensure that the ice bucket is located in the freezer (-0.4 ° F/-18 ° C) and frozen for at least 12 hours, using our recipe and adjusting the ratio according to the recipe we provide

  • If the ice bucket is not frozen in advance, leaving it at room temperature for too long after freezing or directly adding fruit and nut particles can cause the machine to malfunction.

  • During the mixing process, the ice cream machine will expand the mixture, and 300ml of raw material liquid can produce 550ml of ice cream.

  • Ice cream ingredients are prone to freezing when refrigerated in advance, so it is best to use room temperature ice cream batter! Nuts, fruits, etc. must be crushed or chopped, and the motor should be started immediately after pouring the mixture.

  • Use a wooden spoon or plastic spoon to scrape off the ice in the inner bucket and remove a portion of the liquid.

Reinstall the propeller blades and restart the motor.

This ice cream maker has been a game-changer for my family, but there’s a small learning curve to get the best results. Let me start with the positives: it’s incredibly easy to use, and the ice cream it produces is unbelievably smooth and creamy—just like the kind you’d get at a gourmet ice cream shop. My kids love experimenting with different flavors, and it’s become a fun weekend activity for all of us.However, there’s one important thing to keep in mind: the machine can sometimes “stall” or “jam” if you don’t follow the instructions carefully. The main issue is with the ice bucket. If you store the ingredients in the fridge or freezer before using them, or if you don’t use the ice bucket immediately after taking it out of the freezer, moisture can form around the bucket and cause it to freeze up. This can lead to the machine stalling. I learned this the hard way on my first try, but after watching the tutorial video and reading the manual, I realized my mistake. Now, I make sure to use the ice bucket right after taking it out of the freezer, and I avoid chilling the ingredients beforehand. Once I got the hang of it, the machine worked perfectly every time.Overall, this is a fantastic ice cream maker for the price, but it does require a bit of attention to detail. If you follow the instructions closely—especially regarding the ice bucket and ingredient prep—you’ll be rewarded with delicious, homemade ice cream that’s worth the effort. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a good DIY dessert!

I tried to use this three times, following the directions exactly, but never could get it to work correctly. The first time it just stopped. The ice cream was almost made and tasted OK so I figured I'd try again. The next time it froze up completely even though I put the ingredients in and started the motor immediately as described. The last time I couldn't get the motor to come on at all. I even plugged the USB in and it still wouldn't come on. Forget it. I expect better performance from my kitchen gear. Really a piece of junk. Returning.

If you’re a fan of making your own ice cream, this machine is a game-changer! I recently made a batch of homemade blueberry ice cream, and it turned out AMAZING. The process was so easy – I just blended fresh blueberries, a little sugar, and cream, then poured it into the machine. Within 20 minutes, I had smooth, creamy, and perfectly flavored ice cream. The texture was so rich and velvety, and the blueberry flavor was vibrant, just like I hoped. Plus, the machine was really quiet and didn’t take up too much space in my kitchen. Cleanup was quick too! I’m already planning my next batch with different fruits. Highly recommend if you enjoy customizing your own flavors!

I’m obsessed with this ice cream maker! It’s super easy to use, and the ice cream comes out creamy and delicious every time. I can make my own flavors right at home, and it’s honestly better than store-bought. Cleanup is a breeze, which is a huge plus for me – no complicated parts or time-consuming steps. I’ve also had an amazing experience with customer service; they were quick to answer all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I’ve already told all my friends about it, and I definitely recommend this to anyone who loves homemade ice cream. Worth every dollar!

I bought this on a whim because I wanted to enjoy making matcha ice cream with my significant other. Once you freeze the bowl for a sufficient time span, it works great! The mixer uses a usb-c charger and the instructions are very clear. We also enjoyed the suggested recipes, especially the one for cinnamon ice cream. The parts are easy to clean and it continues to work reliably. Only downside is that it may take up additional space in your freezer if you want it to be ready to go at any time. I consider this to be a good value as it doesn't require additional ice. Im also impressed with how well the mixing bowl retains its temperature.

This is a fun machine, but doesn't really allow you to make more than one scoop and with that the ice cream is not that firm. I recommend use by someone who would only want to make a single serving or two small servings at a time.

There are several reasons why I returned this item. The first is the bad design of the container. It would be much better if the entire bottom of the container was rounded. The current design of a flat bottom with a fillet edge is that it's very difficult to scoop out all of the ice cream without using a hard flat utensil like a butter spreader or small spatula which ends up scratching the aluminum interior. The ice cream around the fillet is also extreme hard and dense vs the rest. For as little as this makes, I would like to be able to scoop it out all at once and preferable with a hard silicone spoon instead of a metal scoop that can damage the aluminum interior. Not a fan of getting micro bits of aluminum in my ice cream.Second design that could be improved on is using a higher torque motor. If you were to stop during the churning process for whatever reason, say to add chocolate chips. If you take too long the ice cream will harden and the motor will not turn when you try to turn it back on. At this point you're left with a puddle of liquid cream and milk in the middle. Also I saw someone thinking that this is like the ninja ice cream maker and also tried to use it in the same manner, do not do that. They're two different styles. This is closer to the traditional way of making ice cream where as the ninja is a brute force way acting like a blender. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl first and then put it in the cold container and quickly add the motor and paddle. If you add your milk and cream into the bowl to mix, you're not going to have a good time because it will solidify quickly and the motor is not strong enough to turn the liquid that has now crystalized on the side of the wall.
