They have good traction.The only problem I found is a Chinese large is smaller than an American large. Could be at least a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch longer. Especially for a work boot.

These arrived on a snowy day and I was eager to try them out on my daily delivery route. I put them on in a bit of a hurry and after a short time one was not feeling comfy. I removed it and seen a L printed on the bottom. So I removed the other one and noticed that both were meant for the left foot. Now I've worn them outdoors and likely will not be able to return. The did keep me from slipping.

they work fine but if you have large feet like I do, the dont fit well over your shoes. if you have smaller feet they fit fine of place of the spikes on your shoe.if you gonna use them daily during the winter season make sure to buy more than one pair.

Love them. Good traction on packed snow and partial icy surfaces. I walk on our rural dirt roads that have all sorts of conditions in the winter. No problems yet. One comment, these seem to run a bit small as I had to really work to get them on my Keen boots. Not going to be taking them off and putting them back on frequently.

I selected these because the metal teeth on the bottom looked sturdy and I have not been disappointed! I end up walking through a minimum of one ice storm every year out of necessity and this year I decided to make it less arduous and gave these a go. The teeth have handled the freezing rain, ice, and snow perfectly and have shown no damage from when I've had to wear them across clean concrete and asphalt. They also stretched across my shoes very well and feel like they can keep doing it for a long time. The only downside has been the velcro strap that goes across the top. Both the hooks and loops are on the same side, so there's no folding it over or looping it round to make it work that I could figure out. But I looped some shoelaces around them instead and I'm not sure either was necessary, but I do feel more secure with something there.

We just had recent snowfall and I was able to test these out. Great performance. They fit over my winter boots. They did not clump snow as previous chains had done, and they gave me great traction. Great for preventing falls in the winter weather months.
