Many reviews said they didn't say on their shoes. I put these on my size 8 women's boots and they have stayed on very well. These have been working great in the snow and on the ice. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Of any purchases I have made this year, I think these will be the best. My coworker had a pair and a spare and she loaned her spare to me when we had a particularly rude snow storm over several days. I was terrified of just walking from the clinic to my car, but these made me much more secure. I ordered a pair immediately after first use of the borrowed ones. These ARE a brilliant safety purchase! I am going to order a second pair to make sure I never run out. !!! Do not hesitate to get a pair.

I ordered the XL size for my Simms sz 11 wading boots with felt soles. My goals were: protect the felt while hiking dirt trails, add some traction in the snow & easy on/off. I believe all three goals will be reasonably met. I’ll fold them “cleats-in” and carabiner them to my pack while I’m wading.

I got these anticipating an icy winter of dog walking. I previously used Yak tracks and they were great at first but only lasted a couple weeks.These looked more durable and were recommended from another dog park patron.I just received them today and one of the metal crampons is missing. I checked the bag and all packing, the floor in case it fell somewhere. Nope.They are probably still usable and it’s a hassle to return so I’ll just hang onto them. It’s just annoying that they were sent out this way and the traction will be imbalanced. Poor quality control on these.
