Very well-made step-up ring. The material is strong and sturdy and it tightens down nicely on the glass but is easy to remove when you need to change out the ring. This works great for my large filter sets. It's a good price and value and easy to use.

The ICE 72mm to 77mm Aluminum Alloy Step-Up Ring/Adapter is a well-made accessory that is useful for photographers and content creators who do not want to buy a filter for each of their lenses. The step-up ring attached smoothly to my 72mm lens and allows me to use a 77mm UV filter with no issues. The ring is made of black anodized aluminum alloy and has a thin profile, so it should work well with wide angle as well as zoom lenses. I have other ICE products and in general they make quality and affordable products.Highly recommended!

This adapter perfectly fits my Minolta Rokkor-X PG 50mm f/1.4 and my Minolta MD Celtic 35mm f/2.8.The threading is smooth with minimal resistance upon turning, so there's no doubt when you've got the adapter seated properly in the lens.

I have 3 Sigma lenses (16mm, 30mm, and 56mm) with different thread sizes on them. I didn't want to have to order 3 of the same filter for them so I ordered this for my Canon EF-M Sigma 30mm F1.4 DC DN lens. I had no thread issues and it fit perfectly. I'm going to order more of these filter adapters for my other two lenses so I can use my 77mm filters on all of them.

I've used a lot of different filter rings in the past (step-up and step-down) by many different brands. I've found that you don't need an expensive one to the trick. There are differences though, such as materials used, coating, texture and grip. This one has a weather resistant coating, and the threads fit both lens and adapters as expected. I have found one cheaper without weather resistant coating, but since I film outdoors this makes more sense.Depending on the step-up/step-down size you go for, it may be tricker to remove this. For example, if you are stepping up from 77mm to 82mm. If you are struggling to remove it by hand, use a rubber glove for better grip. You can also place it face down against a yoga mat or foam roller (with only slight pressure), and it will remove this like magic if they get stuck!I think where a lot of people go wrong, is accidently cross threading the filter to the lens. I would just advise that you do NOT force it if it's not screwing on easily. Even the more expensive ones have taken me minutes in the field to align properly. This one took about 30 seconds with a few attempts before it screwed on correctly. I may end up leaving it on there, but if I remove it then it will be no issue with such a large spread (62mm-82mm).Overall, I've purchased several adapters, caps and filters from this brand and have been happy with the results. This is ultimately why I didn't think twice before getting this step-up ring for my new lens. If you think that you will be removing this a lot, then just keep a pair of rubber grip gloves handy (they are inexpensive as well). I highly recommend!

It is made of high quality aluminum alloy, making it lightweight and durable. Aluminum alloy is resistant to corrosion and wear, ensuring a long service life.It allows me to adapt a 77mm filter to a 58mm lens, providing flexibility when using different filters without having to buy new ones for each lens size. The ring is precise and tight, ensuring a perfect fit between the filter and the lens. Its matte black finish reduces reflections and glare, improving image quality. Its ultra-thin frame prevents dark corners with wide angle and telephoto lenses. It is an excellent addition, allowing greater creativity and flexibility in the use of filters.

Step up rings are inexpensive and can be very useful. This step up ring allows you to use filters that are 67mm on your 62mm lens.My most used lens is 62mm. But I also own a 67mm and a 72mm.Now I can combine this 62 to 67 ring with my 67 to 72 ring, and the other filters that fit my 72mm lens , as well as my Sigma AML72-01 72mm Close-Up Lens will work with my favorite 62mm lens. This step-up ring works just as expected, just as it is intended to, and the price is a bargain. This ring is constructed of aluminum alloy, and I have had no trouble with attaching it to either a CPL filter, my close-up lens, or to a second ring. However I learned from experience to be careful not to tighten any filter or ring to your lens too tightly, you want to be able to remove it easily. (But also don't make them too loose, or you might lose your filter!)

I had some difficulty getting this to work properly for me; the threads were easily misaligned on the lens. Once I got it to attach, I had no further trouble with it. The adapter allows me to use my filters on my smaller lenses without issues, and I have found it to be valuable already. I would definitely recommend this adapter if you need it (obviously you need to ensure that it will convert from your lens size to your filter size... those clearly are not one-size-fits-all). It is a straightforward device that lives up to its description.
