When I ordered this I thought the tag was going to be a basic silver based on what the images looked like and there was no color choice when going through the customization process. It's my fault for not scrolling down to read all of product specs to see where it says black/white but you do have to scroll down quite a bit. I suggest making the color known in the description at the top of the page or along with the images. Was delivered promptly and the tag is very cute so I will use it and would definitely buy from this seller again after making sure I know exactly what I'm getting.

I had to replace my big dog's tag due to a change in our location and phone numbers. I found this one on Amazon and though it was really cute. It came yesterday and was cuter than I had thought it would be. The personalization is done in writing like the front of the tag. I am just thrilled with this tag!! It was packaged nicely with a sticker on the package saying "Thank you so much!" and a cartoon dog on the sticker. It came quickly and is just perfect!

Loved the tag when I got it. It was exactly what I’d hoped for. However, it broke off of my dog’s collar & is nowhere to be found.

The dog tags are “fine”. I searched for tags that were more substantial with thickness and weight to them. These are not those. They are very thin. They look nice, just not what I felt was portrayed by the pictures and descriptions.
