Due to his health issues, I purchased the Microchip KIT to monitor his temperature without causing him stress each time. When scanned, my veterinarian's scanner displays his temperature, which is slightly different from rectal measurements, but it's incredibly convenient for tracking changes in his condition. This is an excellent solutionNow, I just need to buy a temperature scanner for home use to measure his temperature easily. Additionally, I truly appreciate the free QR tag and the lifetime chip registration. Highly recommended

The vet said it wasn’t sharp enough, so it was a little painful. It also isn’t universal for all scanners, and only worked on some of their scanners for the temp. The app also requires you to pay monthly for any useful information.

The microchip is incredibly small, and the needle is very thin, making the implantation process flawless—just like a regular injection. Casper didn’t even notice it. This chip functions like a standard microchip and is compatible with all microchip scanners, with the added benefit of transmitting temperature data. Be sure to check if your veterinarian’s scanner can display temperature readings. For example, my vet wasn’t aware that his scanner could show temperature and was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend this innovative solution!

I am so glad we got this for our pup! We have a local vet that is crazy expensive so we go 90 minutes one way with the dogs. We don’t want to wait until we got the pup spayed to microchip her so I ordered this and did it myself. Before planting the chip I scanned it to ensure it’s not a dud. Having it preloaded in the syringe is great and implanting it went very well. I’m happy we got it and would order it again.

Clear instructions, thin and sharp needle. My vet confirmed the chip is readable by various scanners. Recommend!
