Both temperature and humidity along with date and time anywhere you need it. Easy to read with back light when needed.

I wanted a humidity monitor, but also needed an alarm clock. This is all including temperature. It doesn't light up unless you push a button to read the time. Then its a soft green background that is easier on the eyes than blue. Large font is easy to see. Easy to set as well.

I had another Oregon Scientific unit. I liked it, so I purchased this one.On this unit, the temperature reading is OK. The humidity reading is constant 10 % higher. I am wondering how does the manufacturer do the verification/test on the humidity reading?Yes, I did return my unit because I can not use it.

This is a nice unit, well designed and easy to read. However one caveat is that if you are using this to monitor the humidity in your home in the winter the humidity display will show "LL" which means lower level Limit which is less than 25% Humidity. My other brands of hygrometers go lower and respond faster to low humidity levels common in winter in the midwest. If you are using it for summer humidity, or live in warmer climates this unit should be would be fine.

After about the 5th day of use, I noticed that the numbers given for humidity, were now letters (LL). I read the directions again, took it apart and reassembled it, then hit the reset button on back in the battery compartment. No change. VERY disappointed!!

It's exactly what I expected. What I didn't expect, a feature I really like, is the design - it is designed as one solid piece - no buckling stands, or nuisance stuff. If I accidentally hit it on my night table, it's solid, it's sturdy, and it won't fall off & break during the night.

We were looking for a thermometer/hygrometer to keep near our living area and decided to give this one a chance. So far, we are very happy with it!I like:- The display and numbers are very large, it's easy to see from a distance away. It also and light up for better visibility when dark.- It only took a few seconds to program the date and time.- It's looks very sleek and nice.- Most importantly, it's very accurate! The temperature is spot on. The hygrometer seems to read 1-2% lower than our old one. I'm unsure which one is actually accurate, though.I dislike- You'll need two AA batteries which most people have on hand. If you don't have batteries be sure to pick some up before it arrives or order some with it.Overall, I'd recommend this and would reorder if I ever needed another.
