Not as plush as the original arm pads, but are a decent replacement if your original ones are damaged. These pads seem more durable at the cost of comfort. They do feel a little cheap in my opinion for the cost. But overall not a bad option if you need replacements. It does not come with screws so you will need to use the ones your chair currently has.

There are apparently many models of these armpads. I had to go to Humanscale corporation to get ones that fit my chair after returning them. That required more searches and submitting photos to the customer service people there. My assistant there was very thorough in the end. The return was simple and easy though.

The replacements didn't even try to pretend that they were leather, but they were very satisfactory. Installation was interesting. I finally put a small piece of light colored masking tape over the screw hole and then poked a hole in it where the screw goes. Then it was easy to line up the arm pads and install the screws.
