I have a Haworth Zody task/executive chair and it has the grey arm pads that are some kind of Rubbery material that cracks over time and turns gummy. I ordered this set, all I needed was a Torx20 and they were swapped out in no time. New ones seem like more of a durable vinyl material. Happy with them!

Not as "soft" as the original pads. The surface is more stiff, shiny, and a little more slippery. That said, they are still comfortable and work well. A good replacement for about half the price of replacement from Haworth. Quick and easy to replace, it is important to have the T20 tip to remove the screw as other reviews have stated. At this point I cannot comment on durability, only time will tell.

Not the exact material but that could be a good thing. The original material was soft like a thick rubber but cracked over time. These are more hard plastic or abs so hoping they hold up. Nice feel, nice look and easy install.

Just received and install these Great replacement pads with lower cost. My original has cracked over the years and original replacement is very pricey until I found these. The replacement product more shiny, stiff and not as soft the original pads and slightly smaller is size. However it still a perfect fit and work well. Take less than 5 minutes to replace. Just need to remove the T20 screw and replace the pads with the new one. Hope this will be durable and will update the review after.

Super easy to install, needs T20 star bit to remove screw under the armrest. Took 3 minutes total. The texture is much smoother and shinier than the original armrest pads, and not as cushioned. Still a great replacement.

I have an older Haworth office chair that I brought back from Alaska with me and the arm pads were of a softer material that started to come off in chunks. So when I saw these i ordered them and they are of a more durable material and were super easy to install. A perfect fit that should last for years to come. Highly recommend!
