It was super easy to set up but watch your weight. I thought I could get away with my Phillips 18.66 lb curved monitor on this 19.8 lb max arm. I can't. the tilt is as tight as it can be and it still tips down. guess I'll have to try for a heavy duty version.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this product and glad I did because this is a great product!! Great investment.

I just installed this, so can't comment on how it holds up. Overall I'm pleased with it's functionality and the price, which was less than their standard one-arm jawn. Here's what I can tell you:-felt much more solid once I drilled a hole through my desk. Using the clamp was fine -- didn't feel like it was going to come off or anything -- but much more solid once drilled into place.-the joint where the upper arm meets the lower one (the elbow) was VERY STIFF out of the box. So much that I didn't think that part moved and was disappointed. Most of the other points of movement can be adjusted with a hex, but not the elbow. However, I gave it a STRONG pull and it moved ...and once I swung it back and forth a few times it loosened up, just fine.- adjusting the gas piston went well. I had to dial it all the way down to the lowest setting. Using a 24" "landscape" monitor.- The riser bar could be very useful. I've learned from these products that sometimes there's just a limitation in where you can put the monitor. Everything can be perfect except you may need to move the monitor down or up. And when you do, it starts throwing everything off. However with this one you can get it where you want it and then just slide it up and down the pole.- The extra distance it provides was exactly what I needed. I was able to mount it on the rear corner of my desk and pull the monitor over so that it's on the left of my primary monitor. Seems pretty perfect.- the overall fit and finish is not as nice as their dual arm or probably their single arm models. Especially the base where it mounts. That said, it didn't bother me because once installed it just blends in to the background. Some may even prefer the more minimal base rather than the chonky one that you get with the dual arm and the standard single arm.

Several adjustable parts for positioning your monitor. I guess they overlooked one because, after tightening down everything else, the upper arm flexes to the side, so the monitor sways to the right or left unless both arms are lined up exactly with the center pole, which defeats the whole purpose. I had to stick part of the zip tie it came with into the swivel part to reduce friction while I buy a different arm so I can return this piece of crap.

This was used as a gaming monitor for a flight simulator. Sturdy mount for a 32inch monitor. It did require extra support with wire ties and a eye bolt due to the monitor weight. All and all a good product.

The only downside I noticed with this product is that there isn't a tightener on the joint that rotates the monitor to face the left and right. If it did, it would be perfect. The installation guide didn't mention it, but for the c-clamp mount, you need to screw in the shortest fine threaded screw into the tip of the threaded rod with the knob in order to keep 04 on.I would recommend the c-clamp mount, but either way, I recommend installing it offset from where the monitor will be because then it will be easiest to move it. I have mine installed 17" from the center of the monitor and that seems to be just right. If you try to install it close and 1) the vertical beam will get in the way and 2) the arm will stick out the back and hit a wall or be in the way. Also, be sure to use the spacers or the mounting screws will be too long.Very little shaking from vibrations with a 27" monitor. It it very sturdy with both the c-clamp and the grommet mount. The c-clamp mount is very broad so it is very sturdy, and doesn't jut out over the edge at all. This would be nice in a galvanized steel finish, but the black is second best.

My son has sciatica issues, and can only sit for a limited amount of time. He chose a standing desk to work at home. This holds his monitor nicely at his height for reading easily. Quality is good. Installation was easy.

I was concerned by some of the other reviews but this is actually a solid unit. It was easy to put together and it's holding my 27" monitor just fine. My only criticisms would be the tilt feature. You have to crank the hex bolt down like the hulk if you don't want the monitor to tilt forward and it being so tight makes it a bit sketchy to adjust afterwards. Other than that it works great, fits my needs perfectly and was a great deal.
