I was so close to returning this product because it wasn’t supporting my monitors! But I called customer support at Mount-It and they walked me through how to tighten the tension. They literally answered my call within minutes.Love all the space I have back on my desk!!

This was for my study fit out. I have three 32inch UHD/HDR screens on my main desktop. Those use the stands they were delivered with. I had intended to save desk space by mounting them all on this but they simply don't fit. Not even close and this stand would also not lock, simply collapsing under the weight of the monitors. An expensive mistake that is in a skip.

This is a great product, it is very sturdy extremely easy to install, it holds my 32" monitors without any issues and can be adjusted to different positions. I had my doubts before it arrives but now installed look amazing. The nice touch of having USB ports in front to connect to the device is very convenient if you are using it in small spaces to not move the devices a lot.

I was skeptical about this mount initially since I have never heard of the brand Mount-It!. There are similar mounts made by Hauanuo, Ergotron, and various other brands that are similar looking, but more expensive. I have my monitors in a triple setup with an Ultrawide on the bottom, and 2 27inch monitors above it.The two arms, for being gas piston operated, are rock solid, which has not been an experience of mine with other mounts. In my configuration, my monitors do not move or wobble at all, granted the two top ones are resting on my ultrawide a bit, but even still. I have this mounted to a standing desk, and my previous setup would shake a lot when the desk was extended to a taller height, especially when walking on my treadmill. With this mount, it wobbles maybe 20% as much.The added USB ports on the mount are a nice touch, I didn't think I would use them, but I connected them to my PC anyway, and now I see no reason not to use them. Good feature, even if you're just charging your phone.There is virtually infinite customization with this arm. My configuration seemed like an uncommon one, so I spent a long time looking at mounts, and I'm glad I landed on this one. It's basically perfect, the price is nice, it's high quality, rock solid, pretty easy to build, even easier to manipulate to your needs. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in black, so it kind of doesn't match the rest of my setup.

Opened up the box and it was well packaged.All the the parts were in plastic wrap and saw all the screw labeling were all labeled.Thankfully the box came with instructions, and the instructions themselves were all simple and straightforward enough to get through without scratching my head over.Noticed they gave you parts to either Mount via clamps(which I did) or screw it through the table if that’s your thing, so nice.They also provided 3 plates with screws for the monitors to work with the mount.Again step by step set it up easily, the only part I had to put some strength into was tightening the screw to hold the two outer arms to the middle pole. (1st Tip over tighten a little until the arms don’t move anymore, then slowly loosen a little bit and adjust until the arms are where you want them.)(2nd tip after putting on the monitors, when you press on the side arms they might fall straight down! Hold the monitors and adjust the tension in the arms first before rearranging them) or get some help if you can.Cons so far1. Arms stick out a little to much on the back end of the table, not a big deal(as to be expected) but make sure you have enough room for about an extra 5 inches or so.2. The cables are not detachable on the base, if your like me and don’t need them, you may have to cut them off(Unless I’m missing something)My 3 27inch Dell monitors are holding up well after a few days still.Good enough to buy another, someday.5 Stars for now.

As of writing this I have been trying to get a receipt for this product from Amazon for 2 straight weeks, and Amazon customer service send irrelevant links and do nothing to resolve the issue.A receipt is an important and legal document so im giving it 1 star for failing at a fundamental levelThe Product however, is brilliant and i would recommend if you dont care about your rights being ignored when it comes to receipts
