I used this to drill a hole (from scratch) in a stainless steel sink and it work great. Just had to hang on to the drill with it stepped to the next level. Cut easily through the sink to the desired hole size. I would recommend this bit. I don't do this everyday so I don't know the longevity of the bit. But after 2 holes, I am satisfied with it.

I needed to pass the connector for some LED lights through a bookcase that I built and this set was the fix I needed. I could select just the right one for the job from the collection, because the size of the opening should be big enough for the lights to get through, but not so large as to be an eyesore, and this set of tools made that a possibility. Thanks.

Used 2 of these so far to drill thru 16ga steel. They step well thru this thickness steel. I experienced little walking of the bit. I did notice some scoring of the bit after drilling which has my concerns if they will last as long as my Milwaukee set lasted. Time will tell. For the price it is a very nice set. The case is of high quality and the presentation is great.
