Got this identical item on aliexpress for only $30 and works extremely well. It wont be able to keep it with super high fire rate guns, but for a GBBR at full auto, it refreshed fairly quickly. I had it set at 120psi and on full auto the lowest it would drop to is 100 and it wouldn't go any lower. When firing semi it refreshes fast enough to go back to 110psi - 120psi. For $30 you really can't complain. And if you want to increase the refresh rate, swapping for a weaker spring should do the trick.

max 150psi for the one i got... i use it at 100~120psi so it's fine
