Printed one picture perfectly and after that it never charged despite being plugged in for hours. When I plugged it in and attempted to use it, it only printed out blanks. I tried all the different methods and read all of the different ways to reset it on HP’s website and nothing worked. I’m very disappointed and will be returning.

I made the mistake of buying separate sprockets and then I decided this kit had everything my eight year-old twin grandchildren needed it and it did, but I didn’t realize it came with its own sprockets. Anyway we have plenty to print with And we’ll love it

Liked that it used Bluetooth to connect with the phone’s pictures. Liked all the different frames and stickers in the program. Loved that I could share my pictures almost immediately. Everyone seemed pleased with the photos.

It is a great printer! BUT I received 2-3 different error codes when first using it. It “overheated” and stayed in that error for over an hour while cold until I looked up how to reset the device and that fixed it. It also says the paper is “jammed” every 3-4 prints- I literally just open and tilt the paper out and slide it back in because it’s not actually jammed. It also will autocrop some parts of photos and won’t let you add those pieces back. You can get between 4-7 photos done normally before it has over heated. It takes a very long time to get everything printed.
