The printer arrived and the box had been opened and resealed, It doesn't power up and I even went and purchased a new power cord and still no power. The printer in the discription when I purchased it said refurbished, well its used from 2018 I believe it probably missed the repair department before I paid over 600.00 for it and they shipped it out. When I tried to return or exchange it said there was a problem and to try back. I love amazon but not with this item

Spent $120 in ink, loaded and decided it wouldn't print black and white because now the blue ink was out. Do Not buy! What a POS from HP who just wants to rip you off!

I would not recommend this product. Very difficult time keeping wifi connectivity. It works, it doesn't, reset, it works, it doesn't, reset, it works it doesn't etc, This also includes numerous calls to customer service. They would get it working and 15 minutes later it would be offline again. Very disappointed in HP. I have 2 HP printers and many others over the years, but I will be replacing this with another brand and see if it works any better than this junk. I think they are more concerned with selling printer catridges than making a quality product.

This is an absolute nightmare printer. First one we got just refused to continue working after a few months, couldn't connect to anything, literally hours spent with customer service with zero success. Exchanged for another, thinking I just got a lemon, and while the new one hasn't ever just stopped working entirely it has been a non-stop nightmare to use. Almost every time you print you have to troubleshoot, restart, update, reinstall cartridges, just delete the job and try again. Trying to print a simple one page document can turn into half-hour-to-an-hour spent trying to get it to connect, print a color document in color when it keeps just printing in black and white, trying to figure out why it's printing a black and white document in green. Just garbage product meant to hook you into buying insanely-overpriced ink cartridges regularly with no effort to make it work well, simply, intuitively, or consistently. Customer service is useless, just reading you the same step-by-step troubleshooting guide you can find online.So much time wasted.DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER. Probably don't buy HP in general, but definitely don't buy this one.

Best HP Laser Jet I’ve purchased. Easy set up. Print quality at it’s best. Purchased a few months ago and working perfectly. I’ve always can rely on HP printers. No issues whatsoever. Very reliable.

Scanner quit working almost immediately after item received, not happy with this item! I’ve owned the same printer previously and it worked great for a few years! This one is a lemon!!

I bought two both had defective cartridges and no help from hp or the supplier.
