Got it and got it up and running in ten minutes. Bad part is it didn't come with any cords but luckily the printer I was disabling, the cords from that HP fit this one. Otherwise it might have taken weeks to have to send for cords. Have even using it off and on since I got it, close to a month ago, and prints great and it has double-sided printing and that is wha t I use and works just fine. I haven't had any tech support so left that blank but suppose when I try to close this down, it will ask something so will put in three stars if I have to check something.

Ordered several for the office to match existing printers. Came well packaged and had all wires needed for printer included in the box. I was concerned initially that it may not as these were purchased refurbished. Happy with purchase.
