I recently got the HP T850 Large Format Printer for my small architecture firm, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The instructions were clear and straightforward, and I didn’t feel like I needed a tech expert to figure it out. I had it unboxed, connected, and ready to go in less than an hour, which was such a relief since we needed it running ASAP.User-Friendly Software - The software is hands-down one of my favorite parts. It’s so intuitive that I barely needed to read the manual. I can quickly set up print jobs, adjust settings, and even queue multiple prints without any headaches. It’s like the software just "gets" what we need, which is a huge time-saver.Amazing Performance - The print quality is incredible—sharp lines, vibrant colors, and perfect details every time. HP DesignJet plotters are junk. Even worse, they manipulate their software updates to invent issues that cost a lot to fix. The plotter will not operate until these contrived issues are solved.I've plotted fewer than 50 drawings on my HP DesignJet plotter and it says I need a new print head. It's junk and the company is dishonest !
