After 16 months (just after warranty ran out) began printing pages scaled down 75% even though scale was set to 100%. Quit printing duplex all together. Ink cartridges (4) are expensive: $100-120 per cartridge. (Purchase date October 21 2023. Quit working April 22, 2025.My last printer lasted so long HP quit supporting it. It lasted years!!

This printer arrived well packaged 📦 and in excellent condition. There were new cartridges imatalled and info wheet printes indicated 100% levels. Easy to setup and quiet printing. Print quality was excellent when on “normal” wnd not “draft” setting.Will see how it works over rhe next 30 days. So far, it has been a great choice!

Amazon refurbished HP Color LaserJet M255dw printer is a great bargain for my home office. Pros are the double sided printing, unlike the previous HP model printer that failed after 7 years use. Cons are the sleep mode. If printing just Black-White, then it immediately prints out. But if printing color, half of the time that printing lags for sometimes up to 5 minutes, even if just a single side on a single sheet. No clue why that is. Effective workaround is to close that item, then send another item to the printer. That seems to push it.

I love this color printer, bought the refurbished unit and it works great. I have connected to wi-fi and it can be set to print both sides.Only drawback I can see is the ink is very expensive!

This HP Laser printer is a much smaller printer than others I have but it has so many more features and quieter than the others. It's fast printing with small footprint and color quality is impressive. Don't forget it offers two-sided print to save on paper! I love it for work, personal and even some crafting!

Overall this printer is fine, a typical laser printer with warmup and print spool time. It was easy to set up and connect to wireless. I dropped one star because despite the description stating it comes with everything a new one does, my inks were only half capacity. When I contacted the seller, he stated their refurbished units only have 50-75% toner. I don't know if knowing that up front would have pushed me to buy a new one with full toner for $50 more, but I'd like to have have all the correct information before a large purchase like this.
