this is a mediocre at best laptop. it sounds bad and looks bad. THE ONLY REASON ANYONE BUYS THIS GARBAGE is for the promised "Microsoft Office lifetime liscense. I've had this laptop for two weeks now and Office still doesnt work. i've lost countless hours trying to reach the seller to no avail. Office won't work without a product key. they sell 50 of these a month and EVERY SINGLE BUYER HAS TO GO THROUGH this same thing of weeks going by before Lucky gets back to you with your code. Why cant they put the product key in the box with the crappy laptop when they ship it! hope this was helpful to prospective buyers- do not buy unless your cool for it to take a month to get what you paid for.

I bought this laptop because I trust HP products and it came with a lifetime license for Office 2021. The software is supposedly pre installed. However, when you try to open Word or Excel, etc. it requires a product key. You have to contact the seller for that. They do eventually come through but it’s a hassle.It would be better if they just sent a paper with the laptop or a password to access, anything other than having to contact through Amazon to get what you need to operate the preinstalled product.Otherwise, this is a great offering. Hopefully it really is a “lifetime” license.Keep messaging them. They will eventually get you squared away.

easy set up, great quality for the price ( hopefully will last), lightweight and Office program were easy to install. Had over 2 hours of updates to be done which was time consuming but overall very pleased.

Bought this laptop for my nephew as a Christmas gift. He is a freshman in college. This laptop is great for multitasking, accommodating his study, work and leisure activities. Worth every penny!

I only bought this computer because it has Microsoft Office preinstalled, but I was frustrated for a few days because Office kept asking for my license key. It took a couple of rounds of messages, but the vendor did provide the key and now the computer works as intended. This is a good basic computer. I'm not impressed by the quality of the display, but it's fine for creating documents and web research.

I've only had it about 7 days, but I've used it almost every evening. It's fast and seems to work good. There was a glitch the other night when I was typing and the caps lock got stuck. The actual key didn't get stuck, but it would only type in capital letters! I went out of the program and came back to it and it worked fine. Another time, I highlighted a paragraph to move it, after that wherever I put my curser it would highlight the paragraph! I couldn't type! Finally I tapped the touchscreen and that seemed to clear it up.
