This is a nice computer with a clear screen. Sound quality is perfect. It was most definitely worth the money I paid. Slow startup but then runs quite nicely. I’m not sure about the storage yet as I just started using it. It was boxed up nice and tight to avoid damage. . I just wish it was a touchscreen. Would buy again!

The laptop came super fast. I use it to download files to run my 3D printer. The Windows 11 makes everything I do super easy. Can’t beat the price either. Has the Microsoft office programs too! Great bang for the buck! Storage is great too!

Windows 11 Pro has been such a letdown. The interface is so cluttered and hard to use, even for those who are good with tech. The performance is all over the place, with constant crashes and slowdowns that really mess up my work. I've had so many issues with older software and hardware not working properly, which has cost me time and money. And don't get me started on the updates and forced reboots—they always seem to happen at the worst times. Honestly, Windows 11 Pro just hasn't met my expectations at all and I really wish I hadn't upgraded.

The laptop is a nice size and used for basic home computer work, i.e. surfing the web, sending emails and organizing pictures. When it was delivered the charger did not work. I reported it to the seller. They sent out another one but it was not shipped overnight. It took about a week for it to arrive and was delivered via the US Postal Service. It was not delivered at my door but was placed on the top of the mailbox. I live in an apartment building. I notified the seller I didn't receive it, they shipped another that was delivered in about 2 days to my door. Other than that I've had no issues with the laptop.
