Easy-to-Use Instructions:
Insert Stretcher
- Optional: Insert spot stretching plugs/riser
- Fully Close the Stretcher by wheeling in the lengthening drum
- Insert the Stretcher all the way
Stretch Length
- Wheel back the lengthening drum
- This pulls the heel back to stretch the lenght
- Not too hard
Stretch Width
- Crank the Metal Handle Counter-Clockwise to Open the Toe Block
- This Stretches the Width of the Shoe
Good Things Come...
- Wait at least 8 hours
- Then let shoe leather relax
- Repeat if necessary
- Shoe Stretcher Spray is optional but not necessary

I have six pair of high-quality loafers that I stopped wearing because of a small bunion on my right foot. I have previously purchased various shoe stretchers, both plastic and wood, and had almost given up as none seemed to work. I purchased Foot Fitter about three days ago and have already stretched and enjoyed wearing my comfortable loafers. The Foot Fitter is perfect, sturdy and easy to use. There are so many options to stretch any part of your shoe. One of my best purchases.

I have very very wide feet and now a hammertoe in the 2nd toe, so i have to widen All of my footwear. Tried with cheao plastic ones, but this Houndsbay is the Business!! Well made and solid. Works good on leather / leather like and canvas shoes.

This is a top of the line (last you a lifetime, if not multiple lifetimes). But the price is high, and VERY high considering they only send you ONE of them. Yes, you have to buy two of these if you want to stretch both shoes at the same time. I only knocked off one star because it was in the description (and reviews) that you only got one stretcher. But still knocked off one star because of the high price.Otherwise a 5 star shoe stretcher. You are going to pay for it though. But on the otherhand, you only have to buy these once....they do everything and your shoe is likely to break before these do. Very high quality, very high price.

How did I not know about this amazing gadget?! It’s a game changer for sure. I used it overnight and already can feel a difference in my shoes. It’s a smart design that allows you to adjust the width and length as needed and includes accessories to target particularly problematic areas. I will say the sizing is off. I purchased a women’s medium which stated it fits sizes 6 1/2 to 10. I’m a solid size 8 and it barely fit in my shoes and actually caused the heel area to become loose which was NOT the objective. Other than that, it’s a great product, good quality, easy to use. It is a bit expensive and there should be a more economical option for buying a pair. I bit the bullet and bought two because I just can’t be bothered with stretching one shoes at a time. Overall I’m pleased and excited that I’ll be able to wear these sneakers comfortably! For me the total stretch so far has been less than a half size but I’m confident that the longer I use it the more they’ll stretch. I didn’t even bother with the spray I bought because they’re clearly stretching fine without it.

Wanted to make sure the shoe stretcher actually worked before leaving a review and I have to say that it indeed worked! Was able to stretch and widen a pair of expensive Prada loafers. It's best to leave the stretcher in the shoe overnight. The only drawback is it doesn't come as a pair. I'll have to buy a second one if I want to stretch both shoes at the same time. It's made with a good hard wood (not cheap plastic). The instructions are clear and it comes in a nice box to store when not in use.

It didn't solve all my tight shoe issues, I think there's only so much a stretcher can do, but it does make some change. It can help to apply alcohol-water mix to the inside of the shoe before stretching.I'm more of a EE or E and I bought D width shoes on sale and have been trying to stretch them ever since... my suggestion is to just buy the wider width shoe, or buy a shoe that has a wider last/shape. I wear AE Oxford's and their lasts become narrow in the front, so it compresses the toes inward, which leads to bunions. I ended up visiting a shoe-repairman who professionally stretched my shoes for $15 a pair and even he could only get so much stretch out of them. You don't want bunions, and you don't want tight fitting shoes, so buy wider shoes, and avoid the stretcher problem altogether.Now, this stretcher is solid quality, the wood is good, and the metal inserts are good, the cranking, etc. The only problem would be the price, and that the holes are basically limited to those which are on it.It would be nice to have at least 2 stretchers, but that would be too much money.Overall, a pretty good product.

This is so solidly made, I can foresee it lasting years. Follow the seller’s advice and if you are in between sizes, go down 1 size. It takes less than 24 hours to do a pair of shoes, so I don’t see why buyers are complaining about it not being a pair. Stretching shoes is not an urgent process, so take your time to do it well! This device certainly makes it so ! I did not try the add on bumps for bunions/callus, so cannot review that.

I needed a solid, well-built shoe stretcher for a new pair of shoes I purchased recently. I didn't want to go with a cheap shoe stretcher, as these shoes are made of hard, thick leather.The only 2 drawbacks I experienced were that in order to secure this stretcher in your shoe, you have to adjust the heel block (back/heel wooden piece) to keep the whole shoe stretcher in your shoe. Unfortunately this also ends up stretching the shoe length-wise as well. That heel block piece should have been an inch longer and had a non-slip surface in order to grip to the lower inside heel area of your shoe. That would have prevented it from slipping upwards. By slipping upwards during the stretching process, it ended up stretching the top back heel area of my shoe. Maybe even if they added a larger gap between the rear lengthening drum wheel and the heel block to permit your upper heel wall to sit between them might have helped a bit. I only needed the toe box area stretched, not the top of my heel area.Also, the little metal bunion plugs don't fit tight enough into the holes of the shoe stretcher. They spin easily making it very difficult to target a precise spot; they shift easily when you insert the stretcher into your shoe.Other than that, this shoe stretcher is made from quality materials.
