Your cart is empty.Soft Hake brushes make very expressive strokes when used with encaustic paint. Quickly lay down broad smooth strokes or use them to build up textures and layers. These brushes are made of sheep hair with a wood paddle handle. They are tied and glued tightly so the hair will not fall out. (PAINTS AND TINS NOT INCLUDED.)

I had read through all the reviews before I purchased. Though they were mixed I bought it to try myself. After about 3-4 use I started seeing the shedding some reviews mentioned. I do continue to use this, but only with practice pieces. Next purchase I will try other brands and may update this based on my experience with them for comparison.
