Produces hot air that softens the parts to be joined as well as the plastic filler rod. Adjust the temperature (range: 40°C/104℉ to 650°C/1202℉) according to the melting points of different material.

One key start/stop switch, and stepless temperature knob, make it more convenient for adjustment. Hot air temperature can be set from 40°C/104℉ to 650°C/1202℉.
If the temperature of the heating core keeps too high, the automatic lowering system will sense and reduce the current to prevent it from overheating.

Used this to repair my cracked HDPE fuel tank on my J10 JEEP truck. With only a little practice it makes beautiful, leak-proof welds. You must use HDPE rod which is readily available.

Though this works well, it feels a bit cheap and even look cheap. I know it will last long, but I will keep an active eye on it to see if it lasts or not. Only time will tell.

This Hot Air Plastic Welder has been a fantastic addition to my tool collection. It heats up quickly and provides a steady, controlled air flow, making it easy to work with different plastics. I've used it for repairing everything from car bumpers to outdoor furniture, and the welds hold up very well. The adjustable heat settings are a great feature, allowing for more precision on various materials. I even found more uses for it than I imagined including using it to repair my 3D printed objects and the door hinge on my washing machine lid that wasn't holding up with just a hot glue temp fix.
