I was really excited about this purchase. It's been a cold winter and I was looking forward to the added warmth. When the first package arrived it was defective. It only worked on the left side.I was quickly shipped a replacement.. Sadly the replacement is USED. The battery pack was already in the jacket instead of the box it was suppose to come in with the instructions.I domt want to give up on this product. I'm going to make one final attempt.

works great, heats up nice and doesn't take forever to charge the batteryjust watch the fit went up on size and still used the side zippers for extra room when wearing a sweatshirt underneath

I order 2 vests, one XL and one S for my girlfriend. Both fit very well and had room to be comfortable with a sweater underneath. One interesting point is that the small had a control button as pictured om my photo. This style button allows the user to control heated areas separately. This is an awesome feature I had not seen before in a vest. Unfortunately the XL I received does not have this feature, but performs as expected. The battery is a bit heavy but it is a good battery.

I love the style and construction of this vest. It is very well-made and quite comfortable. My only complaint… And the only reason I did not give it five stars… Is that the battery life is short. I wore it today on high with all zones to test how long it would last and it was only about two hours. I charged the battery and tried it again on medium and low and it lasted about four hours. In my opinion it works best if the vest is a little more snug. If it is too loose you don't feel the effects of the heat as well.

Overall love it! Battery is heavy but that’s ok. It keeps me warm at recess duty and anywhere else plus it just looks good too. I have the medium and it fits with all zipped if have a regular shirt under. I unzip sides of have on a sweatshirt or thick sweater. I am 165 lbs, 5’4”, 36DD *yes that matters lol.

I’ve been using this product while in Alaska (-30°F to 5°F for the past week) and with a base layer, this product, and a snowboarding jacket on top. Almost instant heating and the battery seems to last a few hours while it’s on medium to high. Compatible with other battery packs but not all, just depends on the voltage and amp output of the pack. Great buy and it’s honestly been a life saver up here. Collar is a little high but I usually don’t zip it all the way up. Comfortable and light weight. Got it on an Amazon special for $20 but I’d even say normal price is still a good price for what it is. If you plan on being outside for extended periods of time then I’d get an extra battery pack. LED’s on button are a little bright.

The good: the style, function, and price. Also, the expanding sides are a nice feature.The bad: size and battery life.SIZE: I ordered a Large - 6’ 175lbs. The vest that I received doesn’t even fit my smallish 12 yr old daughter without unzipping the expansions. The vest said L in the inside, so not a mis-shipment.BATTERY: lasted about 90minutes on high after full charge.
