The original jacket was one size too big. Xxl. I sent it back for a straight exchange for a xl jacket. That was a month ago and I still haven’t received my replacement jacket or a refund. Please respond.

I bought this coat for my brother for a Christmas present. He absolutely loves it and wears it everyday. The size is accurate, the quality is amazing and he can even stay warm in the Chicago cold weather. I would definitely recommend this product.
