I was not happy with the flimsy plastic of there cups. They had white scratches on them that would not come off. I returned them.

Cup has double walls which keeps it from scorching hands and helps to keep hot liquids warm longer. However, it cuts down on the amount it holds. (Wanted a little larger cup.)The glass seems very thin and delicate so it’s good it’s reinforced with a second wall. The thin glass does keep the cup from being “clunky.”The form and style are pleasing to me; however, I feel like there is more weight at the top, especially when the cup is full, so that it seems like it could tip over easily if bumped.Not in love with these mugs but they serve the purpose, we’re a good price, and look nice.

I was looking for a smooth bottom mug for my coffee warmer. Love the weight and size of the mug. Even without the warmer it seems to keep my coffee just as warm as my other mugs. They hold just as much as my other mugs even though they appear smaller. At first I wasn't sure but so glad I decided to keep them. Other mugs are getting packed up.

I was doing a little research on some personal hot beverage warmers. I realized that flatbottom cups/mugs would give the best results and then Erlenmeyer flasks came to mind. I know that I probably have some Erlenmeyers packed away downstairs from the last move (30+ years ago) but where?That's when I realized that what would be perfect is if someone made cups/mugs out of borosilicate glass like my old flasks. Off to Amazon as my first place to check ... and I found the they are neither rare nor expensive!After studying the offerings, I ordered a set of these.IMO, they_are_perfect. LIGHT, flawless, a flattened glass handle that features both subtle texturing and a size that accommodates gloved fingers!Good job! Thank you! :)

It's a 16 oz glass mug (I measured lol). This is exactly what I was looking for. Great for tea. The mugs need to be handled with care. The dishwasher is perfectly ok. Just pay attention to how you load it. If a "thin glass" bothers you, simply don't buy it. Get yourself something thick and sturdy.

After a disappointing experience with a cup warmer using my regular China/porcelain coffee mug I bought these BoSil glass (Pyrex type) mugs (on the advice of the mug warmer reviewer). A box of 6 arrived in good shape with nothing broken - ready to wash and fill. These are a thinner version of a Pyrex measuring cup so be forewarned. Handle is a big-D. Totally flat bottom. Glass is crystal clear. The thin glass transfers the heat from the warmer far better than my thick mug. The issue isn’t the warmer since at its max setting it ranges between 360-376o F. Will they withstand daily use and the dishwasher? Maybe. At this price it’s not a serious waste of money. I do like my coffee more than luke warm after 15-20”. Even after an hour the contents are 137F with warmer 237F at max setting. Nice.

I got these glasses for my morning cappuccino and so far have been happy with them. They look great and the size is perfect for me. I have Nespresso Lattissima Touch and the 10oz cup size is just right for a double cappuccino. They are a bit too tall to use with the drip tray but it wasn't a deal-breaker for me. I just stack my coasters to give them the right height.They have been through the dishwasher about 4-5 times (upper rack) and I haven't had any issue.

UPDATE 11/23/22: 7 months after I purchased. I’m taking a star away because I had a mug blow out 2 small holes in the bottom of the mug while making a cappuccino on a Miele machine.(See Photo). I also had a mug get a hairline crack in the bottom of the cup although it doesn’t leak I pitched it out as well (couldn’t get a good picture to show the crack). We are heartbroken because these mugs are excellent to use and so nice to take out of the dishwasher not having a puddle of water in the bottom because they are flat bottomed. So Sad!4/8/22: These mugs are so perfect! They are very light weight wise and excellent handle for holding our coffee or tea. I love that the bottoms are totally flat so when they are done in the dishwasher they don’t hold a clump of water when you take them out. They also are perfect for the people that like to use a cup hot plate to keep coffee or whatever warm. The other thing that’s so nice is that they don’t have a seam in the glass where the two sides meet together when factory made. It is supper nice that it holds the heat of the coffee so much better and longer so make sure you use the handle instead of grabbing the cup by the sides cause they are much hotter then other mugs. Bottom line is that these are beautiful crystal clear WONDERFUL coffee mugs! Thank You Horlmier

I have had borosilicate glass cups before and these are excellent, as good as any I have used. They hold heat well enough, and are very comfortable in the hand. They are thicker than some but still lightweight, and I suppose that their thickness might make them more durable. The thickness and highly polished rounded rim where your lips contact the glass make them a pleasure to drink from. Of course they will break when dropped on a tile floor, but would probably bounce off a carpet. We now have wood floors and I suspect they might survive a drop, with some luck. In any case, they are glass, and glass will eventually break from one accident or another. Then you buy more. As these things go, the cost of cups and glasses over a lifetime is about as minimal as it gets. They came well packed and arrived in perfect shape. I would buy these again and recommend them, including for a gift. The price is quite reasonable. Looking for these, it was tedious, almost to the point of being painful, to read through all the negative and ludicrous reviews and I spent way too much time in the process. So it goes.

What I like about this mug:* It's light weight and easy to nurse in my hands.* I can see the froth on top of my coffee. I admit, this is a bit odd, but it's true.* With the help of a drink warmer, my tea stays as hot as I like it and it keeps my coffee warm.
