I brought this shaft collar to replace an end cap that prevented my garbage can wheels from coming off. The wheel rod is 12mm. Other than that the product is great.

I bought this product to help in recreating a movie prop from star wars. While it did not work for what I was hoping to use it for. It is a good product, and works 100% as it is intended to do. So I put no fault on the seller, or the product. I just needed a different size. That so far I have not been able to find. It arrived swiftly, packaged extremely well, and I would not hesitate to recommend, or use this seller again in the future.

These seem to be good collars so far. I like having only one screw to adjust. I'm still trying to figure out what size the set screw is (metric? or SAE?).
