What can I say. This is a replacement part that does exactly what it is supposed to do. Easy to install, shipped quickly and makes the vacuum process less annoying as the cord isn't going all over the place like it did after the original cord holder broke. Was bizarre that the repair man couldn't order it through the company but I found it on Amazon. But glad I did.

I made it inquiry on this part approximately one year ago. Attempts were made to find this replacement part through multiple sources, Amazon, et. al. After negative responses, I resigned to function without it.Recently I was contacted indicating that the part had been restocked. I made the order and it arrived promptly. I appreciate Amazon and the supplier with staying on the order and notifying me once it was available.The repair has been made and it is working as anticipated.
