Easy to Install, No Drilling
- Clean the hood thoroughly then wipe it down with adhesion promoters
- Attach the two side parts to the middle, securing them with (6) Phillips head screws
- Gradually peel off the adhesive tape, about 2 inches at a time and press firmly as you stick it onto the hood. Ensure the protector is fully attached
- Connect the black wire (negative electrode) to the vehicle body and the red wire to the ACC system. After connecting the black wire, verify it conducts electricity and isn’t affected by car paint

I installed this on my 2020 Tacoma after I cleaned and prepped the hood. The install definitely takes 2 people. The mount is only held on by double sided tape, so when it started to get hot, (80’s) the tape separated from the plastic. The tape stayed on my hood just fine, so it wasn’t easy getting that off. Poor design quality.

Material the deflector is made of is good quality, the form however is not perfect. If you line up the right head light side perfectly as instructed, the middle piece (arguably the most important piece) will stick up big time. Everything looks great on the right side, left side looks horrible. When the light are connected and its night you can see the lights through the gap. The 2 sided tape is not that great, and I used scotch tape on top in the hopes that after several hours it would hold. Not so. Also the instructions that come with it are very poor, and you should probably know what to do electrically as they do not provide a fuse or fuse tap. Instructions recommend using the 10A DRL which will cause the lights to continue to run even when the truck is turned off. QR code for digital instructions send you to a google drive that is not found. Disappointing product. Photos to come

Customer service is great. As for product. See other review's. Wish they made it in a one piece and mount a different way. I had to return do to double sided tape does not hold

The yellow lights are pretty bright! I live on a logging road and deer are like pedestrians in the street so I need all the light I can get when driving at night.

So far so good. I didnt have a problem lining up the 3 piece strip. I just you start from right to left. Now I'm not sure how it's going to hold up in the wind as I travel and this piece is a stick down.So update on the light strip. It works very well in the wind. Took a 8hr drive back and forth over the weekend and it held on tight. Lights work really good. I did convert the switch instead of hooking it up to the battery and ground wire to the truck. It is now converted into a switch and I can switch it on and off as I please of when needed.

Firstly, the seller has awesome customer service, and would buy again from them solely because of that. Secondly, I ended up returning the product because I just couldn’t get the three pieces to line up flush across the hood. I loved the look of it overall, and if this came in one piece I would 100% buy it. Overall, it’s a quality product and if you can get it flush then it looks great. I’d just prefer a single piece as opposed to multiple after trying to fit this to my truck.
