Hoop Hooping ready-to-wear garments is difficult or impossible due to seams, narrow areas or buttons/rivets. When using the Metal Hoop 4x4 Hoop wont be a problem when you want to embroider quilts or other projects where you do not want residuals from stabilizer on the back side, the metal hoop is perfect!
Embroider without stabilizer. Embroidering several designs after each other or doing endless embroideries is easy, just remove the magnets and move the fabric. Ready to embroider the next design in no time!

The alignment grid use the part of the hoop that slides into the embroidery unit as a reference point to line up. So if your fabric overlaps that piece the grid is useless. If you can get the fabric flat and taunt as soon as you pick up the hoop to attach the unit the hoop flexes and the fabric moves and ripples. So extra magnets were use and same issue. Once you connect to embroidery unit, give the fabric another tug to smooth it doesn't matter because as it embroiders it move the fabric and ripples it. When finished to many puckers.

Product looks used. Came in broke. Magnets are all scraped up. I didn't purchase a used product.

"Sew" far so good. I have only had these for a few days now & have been learning to use them. I have only used them since receiving them. The magnets are strong & hold well. I can use magnets form the other frames if needed. There is a slight learning curve, as expected, mostly having the bottom stabilizer tight enough to start. I have had beautiful results with no issues. they are fairly light weight considering the magnets. I was warned not to use hoops that are too heavy for my machine because it is designed for light weight hoops. I have used them for beach towels, baby blankets, appliqué designs & baby gowns with beautiful results. I do recommend these hoops. I will update if I have changes. I need to go hoop & sew now!
