I have had this for quite a while, probably 5 years or so. I've never had any issues. It's SO convenient with my erratic schedule, and makes travel so much easier since I only have to worry about my cats getting pets while I'm away rather than having someone pop in twice a day. I never worry about the power going out affecting it, as the backup battery takes over. I've never had to replace that yet, which is wild. My cats love the consistency, I love the convenience. This along with an automatic litter box has made both mine and my cats lives so much better.

We bought one of these in the summer of 2023 and were satisfied with it overall, but as of December of 2024, the motor pretty much burned out and it would never connect to the WiFi. Since it's easy to clean, has the recording option and the app feature, we bought a new one to replace it. I'm sad to say I wish I had tested the replacement further before I threw the packaging out because I would've returned it. The sound of the recording is much more muffled and not as loud. It connects to the WiFi at first, and then never connects again, making the app unusable. We had purchased two of these since we just added more kitties to our crew, but we returned the second after realizing this is no longer the best option for us. We paid less for another brand that's connected all of the time and has a louder, clearer speaker on it. To be clear, you can manually set everything from the unit itself and if you just need it for timed feedings, it's a great product, but if you're paying more for app features that don't work, this is likely not the product for you.

Compré este comedero para perros con dos salidas para mis perros. El comedero es de plástico, pero los materiales parecen ser de buena calidad. Las salidas de comida son de plástico duro y tienen una tapa hermética que ayuda a mantener la comida fresca.El instructivo no era muy claro, pero logré configurarlo. El comedero viene bien empacado y es fácil de limpiar.El comedero funciona bien con croquetas pequeñas. Las croquetas salen de las salidas de comida en forma de cascada.En general, estoy satisfecha con este comedero. Es una buena opción para hogares con dos mascotas.

I originally bought an automatic feeder with the hope that it would deter my two cats from waking me up too early to feed them. It was effective for a month or so until they realized how easy this thing was to tip over. They can also pop the lid off easily since it doesn’t attach very securely. Every night, I hear them pawing and scratching at the feeder and bumping it around. If it’s still standing in the morning, food drops onto the bare floor because they’ve detached the bowls. I can’t even give an estimate of how many times I’ve come home and to bloated bellies and had to scoop handfuls of food back into the container because it’s so easy to tip over. I wish this thing were more sturdy. Basic feeding functions work fine, but it doesn’t take much for my cats to get more than they’re supposed to have. I might argue that this purchase has made more trouble for me than if I’d continued just feeding them myself.

Really easy to set up, convenient to feed my cats whilst I’m out of the house all day. You can set how many portions to give at each feed which is helpful so you know your cat isn’t eating too much in one day. Holds a large amount of food so you don’t have to worry about it running out whilst you are out. Cats run to it as soon as they hear the food dropping into the metal bowls.

This is my second one from the same brand. The first was the more narrow one, both with optional splitters.First, this is a godsend and the only reason I get to sleep in past 6am. My boys can be a bit good aggressive so they have knocked over the old one and managed to get food. So I got smarter and wedged it in between bookcases. They still managed to unlock the top so I ended up putting a five pound weight on top to not only stabilize it but to stop them from accessing the opening.All that being said, I would have still left this as a four or five star product. But, my boys figured out how to knock out the splitter. It really is loosely snapped into place and very easy to pull off. Once the splitter is out, the food just falls out in between the two bowls and my monsters toss bowls and try to get under the machine to collect food.The worse part is that this only lasted 6 months. The other, even with it’s faults, lasted about a year and a half. I can’t really afford or can justify buying a new one every six months so I’m pretty disappointed.

Mechanics seem to work well with no issues. It wasn't super easy to program and buttons aren't super intuitive, but not too bad overall. My cats are smart so I did have to put painter's tape over the top and sides so cats wouldn't figure out how to open it up. I wished the bowls locked in a bit better because my cats started pawing the unit and I came home to the bowls all dislocated and crumbs on the floor. Cats were fed, but floor was a mess. I wish this held more, but was able to get about 15 days' worth of feeding for two adult cats with judicious portions. My cats would have preferred bigger portions, but they weren't starving or anything and I used portions within daily guidelines. Love how well sealed the food is and not sure you even need the desiccant packet (you can't really smell the food when the top is closed).

I travel often and was concerned on what to do if a family member or friend couldn’t stop by and feed my cats. Yes, I have two cats. Well, this was the solution! It holds quite a bit of food, which can last for at minimum a week (depending on portion sizes). The bowls are a little loud when the portions come out, however, with it being metal, it was to be expected.I am not sure the proper portion size measurements, so I would have to get a portion out and then measure it in a measuring cup. Once that was figured out, the instructions made it easy to figure out how to work the product.This has saved me and I highly recommend!! Now the cats sit by waiting for their scheduled times :)

Have been using for a few months now and it has been a work horse. Large size means i fill up abkut weekly. But with 8 cats thats nothing. Its the fail safe battery works well as i unplug it to wash it and it never looses settings, super easy to clean too. Only thing i wash is it would have an app for remote control. And if i need to give a little extra better to just grab it out the feeder. The dispense button takes 3 secs of holding before it dispenses a single portion and you have to press hold release, and repeat. But reliabilty and over all really great dependable feeder.
