Feed your pet easier with proper use
- Compatible Food: The feeder works well with freeze-dried food, mixed food, dry food, and air-dried food. Do not use wet, canned, or moist food.
- Allowed Kibble Size: Use dry kibble that is between 0.2-0.6 inches (4-15 mm) in size.
- Suitable Shapes: The feeder can handle regular single shapes such as round, cylindrical, square, mixed shapes, freeze-dried mixed dry food. Irregular shapes (such as star shapes) may cause jamming and are not recommended for use.
- Correct Placement: Place the feeder on a stable surface free from nearby obstructions or vibrations, as these may impact the scale's accuracy. For indoor use only.
- Portion Size: One portion is about 1/11 cup, depends on kibble size.
- Easily Clean: All parts in contact with food can be easily disassembled for cleaning.

I love this pet feeder! I've been using it for about two months and I can't believe I lived without it. My cat is on the chunky side and I was having a hard time establishing her calorie intake. The scale on the Pawsync feeder plus the app tracking has made it so much easier and it's nice to be alerted when it's working / when something's wrong.The feeder design is attractive for what it is while still doing what it's supposed to do, and the app UI is quite intuitive. I did a lot of research before investing in an auto feeder and I can conclude that this is probably one of the best products our there for value and functionality. I can appreciate the care that clearly went into making this product-- thanks guys!

First, finding an all-around good-quality automatic cat feeder was difficult. I encountered many different feeders that others would over-feed or not dispense any food at all. However, the leading feeder that kept coming up was the Pawsync automatic cat feeder!The design is perfect. It's not too big, heavy, or bulky. The machine is quiet when the food is dispensed, which is nice. One of my favorite features is how the bowl weighs the food, and the app will notify me exactly how many grams (or ounces) my cat has eaten.The packaging and setup process was nice! I appreciate that the Pawsync app has the instructions manual and an FAQ section in case you were to throw it out or damage it accidentally. That way, you will always have access to knowing how to clean it. Also, I'm a visual learner! So, the fact that Pawsync has videos showing how to take apart the feeder, clean it, and put it back together was great! Another great feature of the app is the "Data Trends" section. I love that I can track how much and fast my cat eats daily and per meal. Having a section where I can also monitor his weight is another plus so I can know if I need to cut back on his food or increase it.There are two more minor issues I have had with this feeder. Sometimes, the bowl will say that there is food in it and that my cat ate it when there was nothing. Kinda strange, but it has not happened often. The second issue is that it said that the feeder tank was empty when it was just filled to the brim about a week ago, and there was still plenty of food in it. It only took a minute for me to go on the app, update the level of food in the tank, and problem solved.Other than those two minor issues, this has been the best and easiest automatic cat feeder to date!

We love Pawsync!! Our cat has a very routine diet and for two adhd fur parents, this had made our jobs loads easier. We love the slow feeding option and the smart feed so weβre not overfeeding her! The scale has came in handy when weβre curious about if sheβs eating or not and how much sheβs actually taking in. You can set meal times but then give an extra meal if needed. You can also set up the device for multiple pets which awesome!!!

Buy THIS ONE!! Itβll keep you from worrying .Everything set up itβs working beautifully. I will give an update later. I had made a request through customer service and they quickly contacted me back and honored my request.Update: I saw one review that said the app is buggy???NOT!! in my experience. Absolutely not. It was totally easy to set up , you can zero the bowl from the app away from home . I was able to modify the app and the schedules from 600 miles away twice. This is a dependable device, Has never failed. The app is super easy. Itβs easy to set up. It has a great app that calculates the food. I canβt even find anything wrong with it. My cat loves it, and so do I.Very quick Customer Service replies, very polite!Thank You PAWSYNC!!!!This is an update. I had to travel on an ounce for a full day, so I set the feeder up for this.Itβs really great how when you put the data in on the food and your pets, wait they in species, they calculate the food requirements, which are spot on.I want to have two meals and a snack and youβre able to Custom program this.I was away from home, and I realized Iβd forgotten to program a call. I called my cat certain way. I was able to do it 500 miles away and set it up in the app and it worked.You can also dispense, however, amount of food you want if you want to add more food or add a snack or something like that.The hopper lid has a lock on it. Itβs well designed. Also you can feel free to shoot. Everything is soft rubber. Thereβs no opening or anything to trap a cat Paul that is from inquisitive cat like I have itβs very safe..The food dispensing is accurate and you could always re zero The scale if needed.Iβm actually quite amazed at the details of how long it takes my cat to eat how much she eats but the best thing is that youβre notified that the food is dispensed and it is and itβs always on time.I have chosen to slow feed Iβm going to try to slow it down even more but the dispenser drops a portion of the food and then a little bit later drops the second portion and then a little later drops the third portion sheβs a fast eater because sheβs feral she eats everything you put down but fast.She absolutely loves his feeder and the thing Iβve noticed is thereβs no more crying at the door because now I have everything portioned and on a schedule the cat really likes this. Feed her treats, and some canned food on the side. All is well. This is the best thing I ever did for my cat and for myself for those early mornings where your cat meals to get fed.Everything works flawlessly well designed you have to remember that 5G doesnβt work. You have to be able to have a router with two and 5G so that it connects.THIS IS THE ONE TO BUY!!!!

After reading a zillion reviews on other feeders, I had just about given up on being able to trust them and then I found this feeder. It is new to the market and reasonably priced. So far it has sent breakfast everyone morning as it was supposed to. I get alerts for everything. I feel like I could leave overnight without much worry.One small issue is that the the two machines I have are supposed to drop at the same time. They have a small difference in timing that so far has varies between 0 and 3 secs. I have a very fast food shoveler so I currently am trying really hard to train him which bowl is his. This is more difficult because of the small time difference. You can see his little face freaking out.Pros:ReliableAlerts when food drops and when cat finishesAlerts when food is lowAlerts when the machine needs to be cleanedCons:Very small time difference in multiple machinesI cannot (yet) order extra bowls
