These worked perfectly for my Honda mower. Had no issues with the teeth getting chewed up. Had purchased an off brand first that only lasted for a half hour before the teeth were gone. Would definitely buy again!

The item is just as the description says. Honda OEM Parts. Need these because the teeth on mine were broken and the self propel system was not turning the wheels.

These were genuine gears. Worth paying for the real thing on this. I had bought the cheap ones a while ago, no bueno, the Chinese ones wore out quickly.

These gears made my 14y mower work as self-propelled again. Highly recommend replacing the gears along with rear wheel if you notice mower needs more pushing.

Pinion gear seems like a perfect fit. Easy replacement, although getting those clips off with a set of snap ring pliers was difficult. I wish I could recommend which snap ring pliers work best. I bought a pair of cheap pliers at harbor freight which didn’t work so well. Borrowed 2 different pairs from my neighbor, and the Harbor Freight snap ring pliers that he had worked perfectly, and the more expensive channel pliers not so well. In any event, the pinion gear is a very good replacement. No issues.
